Friendly and helpful staff...loved the indoor bar / restaurant...loved the breakfast...the man working the breakfast was the nicest person...he made us feel right at home..the room was spacious...super clean...very comfortable..if we ever come back to Columbus we are definitely staying with you again..thank you for everything ❤️

The only thing that kinda disappointed me was having to wait up to 5 days to get my security deposit back...I am on social security and usually broke at the end of the month...the $75 deposit would have helped me till the first of the month.

When we checked in I had told the clerk we wouldn't be there for breakfast because I had to be at the hospital at 5:30am for surgery. He explained hopefully I don't have to have another surgery but anytime you book a room for a surgery let them know that you will get a discount. He went ahead & gave us the discount which i thought was amazing. I really appreciate him telling us that. We don't have alot of money to begin with then adding this surgery on top of everything plus living out of town this really helped us out.

Good Restaurant, there are some bad reviews I would not over think them. I did but gave it a chance and glad we did. Breakfast was good worth paying the extra rate on having it included for a bigger group. If not it's only $10 for buffet , on weekdays you only have option to choose a entrée, waitresses were friendly and accommodating. Bathroom was on smaller side for 3 adults and child. No microwaves in rooms but one in the lobby. Just minor inconveniences.

It was a regular hotel, reasonably clean and quiet. No major complaints, I just needed a place to sleep while attending a conference, and it served that purpose reasonably well.

Housecleaning was superficial; my bed wasn't made, although the covers were drawn up, the sheet underneath was as rumpled as when I left it. The top of the fridge, where the coffee machine was placed, had not been wiped down after I had accidentally sprinkled a bit of creamer on it.

I really liked the accessible bathroom and walk in shower. The breakfast was good. The hotel wasn't too far from the convention center and that's where we were spending our time during our visit.

I didn't like that I paid for Breakfast with my booking but ending up having to pay for a breakfast because we had 3 people in our room but only got 2 Breakfast paid with the booking not sure if that was a mistake.

The only negative thing I have to say about the experience is that we were charged for parking in the lot but the lot gates were never in the down position for the entirety of our stay so anyone could just drive in and out of the lot. It seems silly to pay for parking security and then have no parking security.

Very nice, clean, modernized hotel spaces. I only stayed for one night so I didn't look at the pool or anything beyond the basics. You get a keycard to access the gated parking lot, easy in and out. The onsite restaurant is where the breakfast is served buffet style. Its not like a holiday inn express continental breakfast though, this is genuinely good breakfast food for literally zero dollars. Overall a very decent hotel that I wouldn't hesitate to stay at again.

The one thing I didn't care for was our check-in time. We were on paper to check in at 3pm, but arrived around 2:45 and told we would have to wait until 3. Not really much of a complaint, but it would have been better if we could have just gotten our room key at that moment.

The staff was super friendly and informative. We were able to check in a little early and they gave us advice and a print-out of all the local restaurants in walking distance. The room was very clean and quiet. Mattress was soft, the way I prefer, so I slept like a baby.

The staff was very inviting. The restaurant within the hotel was awesome. The burgers were great! Staff in both hotel and restaurant were awesome and welcoming. Will definitely stay again.

The only complaint I have was that the pool was down the first night we got there for maintenance. It was open the day we left, and we got to swim before we left.

The front desk staff when I checked in were PHENOMENAL. They truly went above and beyond and were incredibly helpful and friendly. I also loved the pillow options and earth friendly toiletries.

The cost. I booked a hotel on the beach in Miami for April 2025 and the cost was a fraction of what I paid for this room.
