We were well cared for by the staff, who warmly welcomed us. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. There was enough room and seating for us to spend time as a family. The food at breakfast was good, including healthy options, not just the bare minimum. The plants were very healthy and made the hotel feel lonely. The lobby decor felt like a living room or home library.

The couch was a little cramped and hard. I ended up using bed pillows on it. There were only three chairs in the kitchen not four, but we were a party of three so it was ok.

There was very well equipped kitchen in our room. We were buying prepared food in Whole Foods Market and were eating it in our room to save on restaurants. Shower and air conditioning were working well. There was even guest laundry for 1.5$ per drying/washing cycle, which was very convenient.

Breakfast was mediocre (by European standards even poor). So we skipped 2 times out of 3. Houskeeping was not consistent. One day they left only 2 towels for 3 people, 2 other days they forgot to bring toilet paper or replenish kitchen supplies.

The hotel is one of the best we have stayed at in our travels over the past 18 years. One would think it was just built... come to find out it was built in 2017! Cleanliness was remarkable, breakfast was exquisite, and the staff were responsive and accommodating. The gym was GREAT. The rooms were so very well appointed, and the decor was splendid. The value for money spent was top notch.

This place is so amazing! We will always be coming to Columbus for all concerts and comedians and will be staying here. It is soooo clean and the bed was so comfortable. We are coming back in 2 weeks for another concert! Your staff is the best too. It's so hard to find a good hotel nowadays.

We loved everything

The breakfast was very good. Many places in the USA do not provide English Breakfast Tea and cold milk and real sugar. These are essential daily items for English people. Tea can be ruined with half and half and creamer, so well done! The actual selection at breakfast was good and served all tastes. The reception staff were very cheerful and helpful. In particular Merry took custody of something I had a friend drop off and looked after it until I arrived.

It is a bit confusing having two Marriot hotel entrances to two different places that share facilities. It is not obvious which entrance is which on arrival. It is a minor point - but when you arrive tired, you just want to check in. Perhaps highlighting on the booking that there are two entrances which are different hotels but both called Marriot would help.

The room was very clean & modern & the kitchenette offered everything you'd need to cook a simple meal for yourself, if you wanted.

The refrigerator was pretty noisy throughout the night & the ice maker would sporadically turn on & I couldn't figure out how to turn it off entirely.

Very nice, clean, spacious. Was allowed to check in early and was so appreciative. In the morning the breakfast staff, especially the more refined lady with glasses was such a pleasure. Very kind, attentive, and didn't mind my grandson following her around asking questions 😀

Never had the chance to use or see the restaurant or pool. Hopefully the reception lady will be more inviting, she wasn't a very happy person.

Breakfast was fantastic! The buffet was wonderfully stocked, and there was a true full breakfast.

I wish breakfast was served a little longer, especially on the weekends.

I liked everything about the experience! Beautiful hotel, very clean and the staff were friendly and amazing. I would 💯 recommend this hotel to anyone .

Room was great, loved the charging station and excellent complimentary breakfast in the morning

Pool area was disappointing… water was too cold and no hot tub.
