Staff checking us in on 7/24/25 were fantastic, went above and beyond to help us, and made sure we were all settled with everything we could need. The lounge access in the evening was appreciated and breakfast fast and tasty. Would recommend this hotel to someone coming into town for any campus activities or anything else. Short drive to campus and easy to navigate back to. Also security patrol was present when I came out early morning to start loading the car and I appreciated that. Would stay here again!

The buffet breakfast was typical. The staff helping at breakfast were very attentive. All the staff including the room cleaners were very nice and attentive.

I did not like the music playing all through out the huge lobby & bar area. If you are going to have music playing, please consider light classical or jazz. It's better not to have any music playing. It seems every hotel & store thinks the customers want to have music playing. What the heck is wrong with silence? That goes for breakfast buffets. There is always a TV blaring away while you are trying to wake up in the morning. The TV at the bar near the breakfast buffet may have been on but the room was so large I didn't notice it. The chairs around the tables in the lounge area were heavy and very hard to move.

Clean, modern, efficient, air-conditioning, without being too harsh, facilities were good and location. Excellent appreciated the spotlessly, clean room and large bathroom with excellent shower.

We were told to activate the $14.99 Internet package and that we would not be charged for this, but that it was a formality. Fortunately, we checked upon checkout that this had not been charged and in fact it had. We are grateful to Jerri for checking this with us and making the refund. We should not had to check and if we had not, we probably would have been charged for this erroneously.

The rooms were clean, the staff were amazing. The staff hotel is absolutely amazing overall, you are walking distance to many local restaurants. You are also close by Ohio State University, if you are visiting family at the University and were to go to an OSU football game, the football stadium is close enough to walk to! There is an ATM at the hotel some of the hotels I been in Columbus did not have that. Breakfast just be aware it is about an extra $15.00. Also, another thing to be aware of The Residence Inn is right next door in the same building on the right so it may seem confusing but other than that everything was great.

Breakfast felt a little overpriced. Other than that, nothing really, I didn't like. Internet does cost an extra charge unless you have a Bonvoy number or unless you use Booking.com or Experian. If you are going to stay here I recommend getting a Bonvoy membership because they will ask for that to help avoid some of the extra charges.

What a beautiful hotel, staff is amazing and so much comfort for a good rate. The location is perfect, not too much traffic around and easy exits to the main attractions you can get in Columbus, I will come back to stay at this hotel as much as I go to Ohio.

I have nothing to complaint about this place, I've spent the weekend with a friend and everything worked just as expected and beyond.

The breakfast waffles were delicious. The pool was small but nice. Overall, the hotel was very clean and smelled amazing. Excellent front desk staff and easy parking. The room was large.

The only observation, not even a complaint. Was that you walk through the area where conferences are held to get to the pool. This would be awkward if a conference was happening. Luckily one was not happening during our stay.

Toilet was clogged when we arrived. When the AC kicks on it is VERY loud. You can hear the sheet metal from the plenum flexing when the air pressure changes. When genuinely thought there were planes flying low or a highway nearby from how loud it was.

The breakfast was really good with a lot of choices and even bacon! The hotel was very clean. The check in and out process was extremely easy.

The location was the only thing for me because it is more downtown and when we come to Columbus it is to go to the Polaris mall. It is only about 15 minutes away though. There isn't really anything to do around the hotel.

The rooms and facility was very, very clean.

The elevator was very far away from my room. My husband has a bad back and our room was at the end of the second hall. It is very inconvenient if you have any issue walking. Even if you don’t, it is very inconvenient.

My wife and I loved the hardwood floors in the room. We're not carpet people, so this was huge for us. We also enjoyed the size of the room. Very spacious and clean. Lighting was great. Overall, would recommend to anyone to stay with you guys. Thank you for the great experience.
