Location was great - we were there to visit a relative in University Hospital on OSU's complex and it was very easy to get to and from. It was also near a Target and places to get snacks and food. I always appreciate "environmentally friendly" perks, like larger containers of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, and an option for not having the room made up when staying multiple nights. Comfortable, quiet, friendly.

A couple of suggestions: Put towel racks in the bathroom - we had to drape towels over chairs to dry and reuse. Put non-slip decals on tub floor.

The property was very nice! The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was a pool and they had a small about good continental breakfast including eggs, sausage ,pancakes etc.

We had an incident with a lost phone ,we didn’t realize until already home , we called and told them where we left it and they said they didn’t see anything, we ended up calling back several times insisting they look more for the phone because we knew exactly where it was but the kept saying they didn’t see it then the next day they called and said that they had found the phone exactly where we said it was

I liked the room, it was exceptionally clean. The overall hotel was clean as well, which I really appreciated. I didn't get to spend as much time in the hotel but we'll definitely be back during our travel time.

The only issue I had was with the deposit process. I was able to book the hotel with my credit card but once I arrived my credit card wasn't able to be used it kept declining. Trust me there where funds on the card. I had to use another card, which wasn't an issue but more so annoying. My only caviat.

The staff were amazing, the rooms were large and very clean, the beds were very, very comfortable, and the location was amazing because we were heading to Ohio Stadium for the National Championship celebration. There were plenty of food options available around us, and the hot breakfast at the hotel was just what we needed to get our morning started.

The only thing that was a bummer was that our vending machine on our floor was out of order and the kids running up and down the hall was quite loud but besides that everything else was awesome!

The staff were very genuine, friendly, and helpful! The breakfast was really good, with good variety! The main 2 queen beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi and the pool. Also location was great, close to campus and plenty of restaurants. We also appreciated the premium full-size toiletries.

The only thing we didn't like was that the pull-out sofa was not very comfortable. I know that's a small thing, since the actual beds were quite nice.

The property comes with a beautiful view and a very nice room area. The pool was big and spacious and the hot tub actually was hot.

The staff seemed frustrated with their jobs and many rude people inside the hotel. Keycards kept not working despite not holding it by our phone.

Being close to Dr's office, clean. That it had a hot tub and pool. And your staff was pleasant.

No shuttle bus to my Dr's apps, after I was told to call a number, and the person on the phone said you no longer had a contract with them. When I booked the hotel, the web page said you had a shuttle. Also it sounded like there was construction/remodeling going on above me ALL NIGHT. When I asked they said there wasn't any remodeling?? Other people heard the noise as well. And they told me to go next door to do my laundry, I was there in the hotel for 13 days, but when I went store the washing machine leaked and the dryer didn't dry clothes, ended up going to a laundry mat.

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff was fantastic. It was much fancier than my previous Holiday Inn stays. It was clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable and all the bedding, furniture in the room and in the common areas was very nice. It is very clear that the staff and management are very proud of this facility and take customer service and cleanliness very seriously. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options. There was a staff member cleaning constantly, not just removing trash but wiping down tables with a cleaning solution.

I can't think of anything. The staff in all areas of the hotel - breakfast, front desk, etc. . . were exceptional and so was everything else. I will definitely stay again!

Annette was amazing! She always had a smile on her face, was compassionate and understanding and a true joy to interact with each day. Loved that they had some choice of wine, see below for area of improvement related. Breakfast and Breakfast Chef, didn’t catch her name.

We couldnt locate a wine opener. So, many only carry stew-cap wines. Or have a couple extra wine openers if the one was in use and couldn’t be located. There was some construction, redesign or something going on at the time. Good to note when there is and that expectation would have been set upfront.

Spacious room. Good value. Great location to the city and surrounding area. The staff was great. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Our room had two beds and a sleeper couch. Yet, there were no extra sheets or pillows to accommodate the sleeper couch. We arrived late and wanted to sleep. If we were extending our stay or arrived early, we would have requested sheets and pillows.
