The breakfast was great each day, and the fitness center is probably the nicest hotel fitness center I have ever seen with lots of equipment. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were comfortable and nice. I had a nice view out over the Olentangy river. Also, the tiny kitchen (i.e. a coffee maker and mini fridge) was surprisingly well stocked with glasses and cups. A little thing, but kind of nice.

The only complaint I have is very minor: the shower door didn't seal on one side, so there was always a puddle on the floor after showering. However, the provided towels easily took care of that.

The location is great and the customer service was great.

The room had cosmetic issues that madness feel like I wasn't getting my money's worth. The shower head was making the water pressure way too high and making water leak out of the shower all over the bathroom floor. There were loose handles on some of the fixtures and scuffs on the wall from previous guests. Also the Chromecast feature on the TV didn't work no matter what I tried. These were minor inconveniences that didn't ruin my stay, but just made it feel cheaper than what I paid for.

The location was great: Easy in/easy out and close to everywhere we were going. The needs we're SO comfortable, and the black-out blinds were a nice bonus. We wish we had time to try out the pool, because I heard after the fact that it was heated AND salt water! We had just shelled out all of our money for our daughter's wedding - ha ha! - so the free breakfast was much appreciated. Staff was very kind and helpful. The walk-in shower was Awesome! The kitchen island in the den suite worked great for wedding hair and makeup!

Our TV wouldn't connect to their Chromecast, so we couldn't unwind with a movie as planned. The fridge in the "den suite" was the same size (small) as in the other rooms. We would have really appreciated having breakfast go later than 9 a.m., because we were on vacation.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Great breakfast. Excellent facilities, clean hotel and comfortable beds. It was nice to be able to use the free bicycle provided by the hotel to tour the city. Would recommend this hotel to anybody and would stay here again.

Since we travelled when the Columbus marathon was taking place, we could not exit or enter the parking lot of the hotel on Sunday between 7am and 2pm which we did not know about when we booked the hotel. We were informed about this on arrival and the day before the event too. Were told if we wanted to use the car during these hours we must move the car elsewhere. This was a bit of an inconvenience, but there were free parking close by.

The room was very clean and nice with a thick and soft bed, a couch, a desk, and a large shower. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was full of options, freshly cooked and very delicious. The pool was lovely, it is salt water and kept at a very nice temperature and had a shower to rinse off with right beside it. The internet was fast and secure and worked well with multiple devices. They supplied a ton of towels and toiletries and a lot of extra toilet paper in our room. My room location was very convenient, right next to the elevator. And the hotel was in an excellent spot, super close to downtown. Overall, it was an exceptional hotel for a surprisingly affordable price!!

The pool room was very echoey and it got extremely loud if too many people were in it—it could benefit from some sound dampening. Additionally the shower door in my room had a little gap at the bottom and that led to it leaking a little bit onto the bathroom floor. The toilet also felt a little bit cramped in its location. But all of these complaints are very minor!!

Great location, brand new facilities, size of the room and included appliances were great. We got a room with a view to the trail/park which was great! The hotel also has an enclosed dog area and a separate entrance to the park which were both convenient.

There were some extra charges we did not expect. Firstly- the parking isn't free like mentioned in the listing (though it's $4/night, which is more than reasonable). Secondly, the pet cleaning charge was $75, which is almost double than any hotel I've stayed before. We've recently stayed at a high-end hotel which only charged $35 for a pet.

Great Stay and location! Room was spacious and updated and CLEAN. Nice to have an updated shower with HOT water and pressure. Kitchen was a bonus-we did not need it all but would be great if you had kids or stayed longer. LARGE swivel TV was great too-staff was friendly and helpful too!

Breakfast was ok. Did not refill items throughout the time frame so much of is was already empty. Also out of to go coffee cups which was no ideal. Wish they offered bottled water in the room.

The breakfast was good (oatmeal as an option would be nice). The location was fabulous -- walking distance from med student housing. And a pretty view of the river, with a trail / path right there, for a great walk.

I loved staying at this hotel -- the only thing that could have made it better was to have some bathroom accessories -- like hand lotion, etc -- I was surprised that there was nothing like that beyond a small wrapped bar of soap.

I am a stickler about the hotels I stay in and I must say my family was truly comfortable here. Everything was exceptionally clean including the pool area. We had a one bedroom king suite which had a kitchen area with Everything you need to prepare a meal which we did not do. Full size fridge, stove top, dishwasher, all kitchen utensils. The location is only about 20 min from zoombezi beyond and the zoo also. The staff was friendly and smooth check in process. A buffet breakfast was offered, the only thing is there was not a whole lot off options but then again think we were a little late. I would stay here again.

The Hotel is well kept and very clean. Our room was very spacious and fit our family of five comfortably. Our kids enjoyed the warm salt water pool.

The pullout sofa bed could have a thicker mattress so your Guest’s do not feel every spring poking them while trying to sleep. Also, providing more pillows and blankets for that sleeping arrangement without having to call the Front Desk would be very helpful:
