Well, this is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property in less than a year. Both times have been awesome. The hard working Staff never stops working to make the guests welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of. Definitely, this property is the hidden gem of Dublin, Ohio. Rooms are nice, well maintained, and if you have an issue it is dealt with quickly and professional. 24/7 coffee/tea is fantastic as well.

Cannot think of anything that I didn't like...maybe get a rowing machine in the gym but the gym really isn't big enough for a Concept 2 Rowing Machine. So, No, there isn't anything I don't like about this property.

The entire hotel was very nice, our room had plenty of space to relax. We chose a King room with a walk in shower, and it was a nice size and we loved how it was set up. The room we chose also had a "living room" space with a pull out couch and coffee table that were a great bonus. I would 10/10 recommend The Holiday Inn Express in Dublin, OH to anybody looking for a night away or an extended time away from home.

The breakfast could have provided more healthy options. The omelets had peppers in them, which we cannot have and there were no other egg choices. The biscuits and gravy, although they looked so good, are not heart healthy. We also did not see any decaf coffee, which due to diet restrictions we must drink. There were a plethora of options and it all looked very tasty, just not for somebody on a very restrictive diet. Some healthy breakfast bars, plain oatmeal or fresh fruit would be a great option.

Easy to find , easy off , easy on the highway. Exceptionally clean and pleasant decor. Breakfast hours were perfect and the food selection was more than adequate. I felt safe at the location. The property was well maintained and well lit at night. Plenty of handicap parking.

I liked everything about staying there.

Hotel is centrally located to attractions, convenient store and restaurants.

The fire alarm went off while we were asleep at 1 a.m. Everyone had to vacate the building in the cold weather until it was cleared by the firefighters

Quick check in! Nice clean room, locker, microwave in the room along with coffee maker. None of the housekeeping staff enters your room without you letting them know a day in advance. Which is a good thing. Beds are comfortable with lots of pillows

The washroom tub doesn’t drain quickly while taking bath. My feet were submerged in atleast 4 inches standing water while taking shower. On my request a plumber or technical staff did visit to clean the drain but it didn’t solve the problem

Clean beds were comfy great breakfast and staff was nice and polite and very helpful nice pool also

Everything was pretty pleasant but we heard alot of maybe kids running overhead through the night which isn't really the hotels fault but maybe a white noise machine in each room like the AC hotel by Marriott has might help drown out the noise

Decent variety of food. Kid friendly. Stayed 4 days.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was better than expected, staff was friendly. Door handle in for bathroom broken and couldn'tbe locked, but didn't cause a problem.

Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The staff were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good and had lots of choices.

The staff didn’t make guests follow the rules in the pool room. One person in my party got kicked in the faced twice and my nephew got took underwater by kids jumping in the pool.

Large room nicely furnished with contemporary style excellent hot breakfast!

Had a problem with the room darkening shade, but it was addressed quickly and efficiently when I mentioned it to Murphy at the front desk. He was very attentive 😁
