Immediately upon entering the room, I went to put my breastmilk that I traveled with in the mini fridge. I noticed the fridge wasn’t cool. It has frozen up in the back. I went to the front desk to let them know, and within 20 minutes, a new fridge was delivered to my room and installed. My husband and I were both impressed by the promptness, and appreciated the immediate attention to the matter.

It seemed as though the room we stayed in may have been a former smoking room. The smell was terrible in some parts of the room. Rooms and public areas appear to have been remodeled, but the smell of smoke was still very apparent in our room.

Love the location. 10-20 minutes away from everything we went there for. Loved that there was zero hesitation when I asked to switch rooms to be away from the crowded pool. Breakfast was good. Decent variety of options and they planned ahead for a full house. Had extra space for seating at breakfast time.

The bathroom is VERY TIGHT. I also prefer tubs, but i dont know if i just had a room without one. I didn't like the bright light by the bathroom sink being directly across from the bed. And the shelf in the shower being under the shower head was a minor inconvenience when it wasn't hair wash day but tbh we LOVED the overall stay and have decided this is where we will stay whenever we visit columbus.

Everyone was absolutely lovely and helpful! The hotel felt relatively clean. I loved that we could bring our dog for a minimal fee!

Take the carpet out of the guest rooms! Yuck!! Put in a high quality tile or vinyl and scrub the floors after guests. The carpets are gross. Also, the pool area wasn’t well maintained. That wasn’t necessarily the staff’s fault - just guests not being responsible humans.

The breakfast was incredible and so worth everything.

Unfortunately, they must be understaffed because nobody was at the front desk multiple times I needed someone. They have an eatery that should be open til late but when I went down to order and he told me it would take 20 minutes, he came back 15 min later and said the kitchen was closed because nobody else was there to cook it. So we couldn’t eat that night.

I didn’t expect fresh fruit salad, cage free boiled eggs, and steel cut oats and mixed berries. In my experience there’s usually not that many healthy options available at a hotel breakfast. And the scrambled eggs and sausage were much better than other hotels I have stayed in. My room was very clean and the furniture was well taken care of. All of the staff that I interacted with always met me with a smile and the lady who I saw each morning at breakfast always asked me how I was doing and if I needed anything. Awesome job to all of you.

A couple small things were peeling wallpaper in the elevator and I missed having a microwave in my room.

It was a nice hotel the area was great I woke up to no power from 7:45 am until 10:30am we had to eat breakfast in the dark walk down the back stairs it was a mess I guess the whole area lost power that was a inconvenience I did email booking about this issue didn’t receive any response the hotel said because I booked with booking.com I would have to speak to y’all about any reimbursements or discounts for the future because of that issue

I like that area and the hotel was clean I didn’t get to enjoy the morning breakfast due to no power no lights no elevator. The staff was great specially, under those conditions and all other other people that stayed we kind of worked it out, but I still make it fair.

Our room was very clean. The morning breakfast was surprisingly good. The staff was extremely pleasant and very helpful. I am a retired police officer, I know every city has its problems. When I saw a uniform security officer walking the hallways on all floors and the exterior of the building, I knew that the hotel took the safety of its guests very seriously.

I have nothing negative to say about the property.

Very clean hotel room!!! The lobby smells nice and is beautiful. The free breakfast was incredible and quite large. The hotel has the best set up with its lobby and breakfast nook that I’ve ever been to! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel 10/10 !!!

Staff was very friendly, location was perfect. Large room amd TV was a perfect size.

There was no indication of additional breakfast seating. We ate standing while our kids sat. Room was clean for the most part. Bed was extremely soft, made it hard to sleep. Bathroom was very small with no exhaust fan.

The spaciousness of the room. The location is safe, too.

I had late check-out for noon, but at 10 a.m. the cleaner knocked on the door, even though I had a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door. I yelled I had late checkout. 30 minutes later she knocked AGAIN. I was up very late and had to drive over 300 miles and needed the sleep. When I spoke with the front desk, the young woman said "They do that sometimes." Well, they need a better system!
