We enjoyed the comfor, the open space in the room, and cleanliness of the room! The staff was great to work with. Everyone was very helpful.

The only thing we can really complain about was the restaurant inside the hotel. Slow service and they were short on food from the menu.

It was clean, comfortable, easy to check in and out, and in a really good location for what we needed.

The coffee and tea in-room was awful tasting. There was no clock in the room, which was inconvenient but not awful. Dimmable or dimmer bedside lights would be appreciated.

The place was truly great. Super clean with great amenities. I loved every second I stayed there. Also, the staff allowed me to check in early to get ready for a wedding I had.

The price could have been a little lower during the weekend. With taxes it turns out to be almost 200 dollars.

it was by far the nicest hotel I've been too. the showers were fantastic they has extra sheets and bedding for the pull out couch at the door before I had even arrived.

I like that it was near the freeway but I couldn’t hear the traffic. We could travel to all pets of Columbus very easily. We went to the casino, downtown to the hockey game, and also the zoo. It was also near a mall and many restaurants.

There was a buzzing noise from the round table in a room. I had to pull the plug out during the stay.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. The bar/restaurant was great. Awesome atmosphere and very clean and quiet for when we were ready for bed.

We had a wonderful dinner at the hotel. The staff was great and the food delicious. The location is also great. Dublin is easy to get around and close to Columbus. We also enjoyed the pool.
