I loved the staff. They were very nice. I love the full breakfast In the mornings and the staff were available when u needed them. Also liked happy hour. I liked that we could go smoke when we wanted.

The pool was very small. Also there needed to be an hour for adult swim. There was also no brochure for hours of operations of everything or recommended restaurants nearby. And I believe they dont have any rooms with balconies, I could be wrong. And last, there bar is closed at 10pm, that is very early compared to where im from.

Breakfast was good, fresh made omelettes, cereal, fresh fruit, pancakes, eggs, bagels/toast, etc. Good variety and nice staff.

I checked in online the night before and chose the room I wanted. When I arrived at the hotel they had me in a different room. When I asked why they said they were sold out and had to move me. How does that even make sense? They had a room they could have put other people in and not the one I specifically chose. And I’m an HHonors member, which meant nothing I guess.

Clean, nice rooms, good breakfast

Shower was broken and was REALLY loud.

All good except no need for bathtub. Friendly, clean family atmosphere.

Would have liked a room without a bathtub. There was no walk-in shower they tried to accommodate us but none were available. I thought I had made my reservation that included a walk-in. My husband has a balance problem so this was difficult.

It was in a great location, the inside and outside of the building were both beautiful. The seating area was large with an area on the 2nd floor that was wonderful for our group to have a birthday celebration.

The pool needed cleaned but didn’t figure that out until after spent a great deal of time in it.

I love the professionalism of the staff there I love the reception time. I love the breakfast all wonderful everyone was so professional and so accommodating that’s why I love the Embassy suites.

Happy Hour with free drinks and delicious snacks from 5:30-7:30 pm was a pleasant surprise! Breakfast the next morning was equally impressive. And the nightly rate for this hotel was less than other chains without these perks.

Room was good nice that it had separate sleeping quarters. Kind of bogus about charging to park at the hotel you are staying at unless you sign up for their rewards, but from then on you pay to park there? Dumb

Property was good, nice room

The handicap room was SO far away from the elevator! It was on the total opposite end. My mother had to walk way far to get to her handicap room! It should be the closest to the elevator!

It’s close to shopping and they have an amazing breakfast. They also had free clothes washers and dryers. We were on the second floor so we could easily use the stairs. They always had luggage carts. It was a nice place to stay for a couple of nights. We would stay here again.

The carpet is old and kind of gross. The air conditioning took forever to cool the room.
