Great location within walking distance of the heart of historic Dublin. Good sized queen suite - easily fitted three people once we figured out how to pull out the sofa bed. Lovely staff, especially Maryama and Charmaine. Maryama sorted out our issue with the fact that the Booking.com description of our room was incorrect - it is the queen suite that has two double beds and a sofa bed, not the king corner suite. Charmaine was very helpful when our plans changed.

The only criticism we had was of the breakfast - not much choice, no salad or vegetables, no pancakes, only one kind of eggs, no cheese.

While the hotel advertises "on-site parking," guests must actually use a nearby public garage across the street. Despite being a newer hotel, there’s no onsite pool— which is kinda disappointing

I did not like the parking situation and since the parking garage was shared with residents of another building I ended up on the top floor of the parking garage for a parking spot. The suite that we were in (401) seemed very small for a suite and we were expecting it to much be bigger. It did not seem to be that much bigger than a standard room. In addition I had to travel to a different floor to find an ice machine. The room above us had kids running around all evening which was loud but stopped around the time we were going to sleep.

The location was amazing and it was extremely quiet. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. Most of the things you want out of a hotel.

I had one of the cleaning staff members enter my room at 10am for cleaning without knocking. I was set to check out that day before 12, so I'm not sure why they decided to do it then.

Super convenient location to the zoo and many other places we wanted to see. Very cool bridge and walking area right by also. Great easy free parking. The entire facility was super clean and the whole staff was very friendly and seemed happy to be there. Just a joy the whole way around.

The staff member working on Christmas could not have been more friendly or professional. The welcome for our doggy girl was exceptional.

The bed was very soft for us. We have always preferred a firm mattress and as we’ve gotten older, even need one. Perhaps they just need to refresh some older mattresses.

Excellent location within walkable distance to several restaurants, sweet shops, bars, bowling, coffee shops, arcade, etc. Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was spacious and clean.

Very noisy people above us. However, I called front desk and they were very quick to take care of it. Appreciated that very much. They got noisy again later but finally went to sleep.

This was my 50th birthday celebration and the staff were just wonderful! They accommodated my requests to check in early and a corner king room with a beautiful view. I also was surprised to get a delicious bottle of wine at check in. Another surprise was finding a birthday gift including my favorite Buckeyes waiting for me in my room! Thank you so much for making this a special and memorable birthday! I’m looking forward to spending New Year’s Eve there🥳

Location is great! Bridge Park area is growing. Beautiful walking paths along the river. The suspension bridge is cool. Lots of restaurants in bridge park and across the river in downtown dublin and historic downtown dublin. Everything is a short walk from hotel. Restaurants/bars, arcade, bowling, ice cream shop, candy shops, coffee shops, bakeries, north market, nail salons, spas etc...so much to see and do. Highly recommend a stay here.

Bridge Park area is expanding. Lots of building construction happening. Our hotel room view was construction. If you get outside and walk around, you'll love what you see and the shops and attractions.
