Very friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast area was a comfortable size with multiple offerings. Coffee was perfectly brewed and hot. We traveled with our tiny dog, so we appreciated the pet-friendly facility.

We had requested a ground floor room, but they didn't have any available. It wasn't a big deal and they did offer to move us for our 2nd night's stay but we chose to stay in our assigned room. The beds were a little too tall, but were comfortable. We thought the pet fee was a little high compared to other locations where we've stayed.

Dawne did an excellent job of trying to go out of her way to help us.

Close to the fairgrounds, the breakfast area was clean and the food was good. The were clean and the beds were comfortable. The TV had plenty of channels. The heater worked well and kept the room warm.

The hotel was clean but could use an update. I can't complain because it was worth the money and had a good nights sleep.

Room smelled like cigarettes, toilet paper holder comes out of the wall when you pull toilet paper, toilet rocking, and the seat was loose.

hot tub in pool area has been broken for months and still isn’t fixed. a lot of things in our room didn’t work, the telephone, alarm clock and light/fan in the bathroom didnt work. when I told the front desk the answer was yes he is aware he is getting ready for a remodel. also at 8:30 in the morning someone, I am going to assume housekeeping, hit the door once and then opened the door and came in and my husband yelled hello and they closed the door.

The entire staff from the desk clerk to the cleaning staff and even the gal that prepared and took care of the continental breakfast was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. It was noticeable how much they pay attention and make sure everything is extremely clean and orderly.

Bathroom door was out of alignment and therefore squeaked loudly when opening and closing. The exhaust fan in bathroom did not work properly.

Everything!! The staff was very curtious and helpful!!! The hotel was the best hotel that I have stayed in , in a long time. clean and the room was exceptional and very clean. The staff was wonderful and took care of any needs I had!! I could not have asked for a better stay!!! If I go that way again, I will book there!!!

The property was clean and our room was very spacious. The staff was very friendly.

If I had to pick something, it’s that the pool water was cold. However, they had done some maintenance on it earlier in the day, so that could be the reason. Not a big deal.

Staff was very friendly and location was good. Grab and go breakfast was fine with us but some may not like it.

Bathroom was very tight. My husband is a large person and he had problems trying to close the door when he was in there. Beds were soft, but we're used to a firm mattress.
