I really enjoyed the scrambled eggs, the bacon was delicious. Oats and yogurt were good, cinnamon rolls were yummy with real butter…..always a plus for me! I wish I would have tried the pancake maker! I certainly liked it it was away from everything and near the state park :-). I came to a conference at North gate church and it was fabulous! Parking was very convenient and the smell of the hotel was inviting. I appreciate the name brand coffee for the Keurig also. :-) Bed was comfy.

It seemed as though some stuff was being re-done but I didn’t see any explanation anywhere. I didn’t realize that the swimming pool was as small as it was and there was nowhere to sit outside except a few benches around the building. I always enjoy sitting in a garden area or lounging after getting in the pool.

The area and facility was wonderful! Our room was wonderful, however, the tub/shower wall in our room wasn't the cleanest, there was residue and what looked like shaved hair on the wall. Other than that, the bed was very comfy and the room was clean and smelled great!

Blind is badly worn on one side. That makes it difficult to bring blind down to block exterior lighting during night. Desk personnel took my charge card in case of any additional charges. BUT, an additional charge of $50.00 was made on the arrival night (07-27-24) for WHAT? (No email was sent to explain the extra charge.)

The hotel smelled good as soon as I walked in. The room was very clean and inviting. The bed was so comfortable. I loved the fact they have Dove products as I have sensitive skin. Staff was very friendly.

There was nothing I didn't like except I wish I could have stayed longer.

The property was clean, the rooms were clean. The staff was nice. Felt the pricing was a lil high based on there isn’t much around the area( to my knowledge) except for an outlet mall and truck stops, but I’m cheap and it may have been higher because of the eclipse.

Location was great. Very close to our son. Outlet mall close by. Not far from downtown Columbus.

The room had some very weird spots on the wall and a nasty lamp shade by the bed.

I book so we could us the indoor pool. Unfortunately it was freezing. The pool room was very very warm. The Dove products in the room was a big plus!

Could hear people in the room above us. The refrigerator made noises all night. Sounded like water was running.

Could not hear the neighbors could not hear ppl walking by room. Nice and clean

The air conditioner was very loud.

I appreciated being able to park by my window. Staff was helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was good. Lots of choices
