The breakfast was absolutely amazing!! We loved having a full size frig in our room and the gym was hands down one of the best hotel gyms I've used. We didn't get to use it, but having access to free laundry facilities was also a great perk!!

Our room was a little humid. It was like the thermostat didn't want to regulate appropriately. The reception staff weren't great. When using the pool, we noticed there were no towels. We waited ten minutes while the reception staff stayed on the phone. She mouthed to us that she was on the phone with her boss, but made no effort to explain she had customers waiting. The conversation seemed slightly gossipy versus completely professional in nature. When we finally walked off, she followed us to the pool to see what we needed. I explained that the pool was out of towels. She said she'd bring us some, but she never did. We ended up using small towels from the gym to dry off with, when we left an hour later.

The location is great. Lots of restaurants and shops around. There is a costco and costco gas right next to the hotel. The hotel was booked that night and there was plenty of parking. My room was located on the 4th floor and there was an ice machine near the elevator. We ate at a place called Roosters. We had the potato skins and soft pretzels for an appetizer. My fiance had the honey BBQ wings and I had a cheese burger for dinner. Later that night had ice cream at Cold Stone Creamery.

There are 2 elevators for the whole building and they were located on one side of the building.

Always a clean and comfortable stay that is close to everything we need... like the Convention Center.

No problems.

Breakfast was OK at best. The hot items were inconvenient to remove from their display container. Location is great for food and fun. easy access to the highway but far enough away not to hear traffic noise. I've been to this location several times and will continue to go there.

A minor disappointment was telling the front desk of a temp control issue. Thermostat would have an error code after running a short time. Room got a bit too warm. I had a three nights stay and it never was addressed.

Didn’t like the breakfast .

We had a great stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Columbus Polaris. The hotel and rooms were clean, and I especially appreciated the quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Breakfast had plenty of choices, and the overall stay was enjoyable. A special thank you to David and the trainee who checked us out—they were patient, kind, and made the checkout experience much better than check-in.

The check in. The receptionist was dry and on her cellphone.

I loved seeing my name on the tv screen with pictures of the city. I loved being able to charge my car overnight and at a reasonable rate. I loved the extra touches like the Kleenex arranged like a flower. The bed was super comfortable. Complimentary laundry facilities and a saline pool were very nice touches.

The breakfast was fairly depleted when I arrived at 8:15 and didn’t get replenished before I had to move on.

Everything breakfast, room, washers, dryers, STAFF and I mean ALL OF THEM!!!

All of the pot smoking in the first 6 rooms after turning right after getting off the elevator. I have a service dog trained to alert me to smoke and she alerted me 13 times on our first night alone! It says all over the property that it’s a smoke free vape free hotel apparently they can’t read

What a wonderful stay!!! My daughter and I stayed here while attending a national youth convention. We could NOT have asked for a better place to stay for five days! The staff was exceptional, the rooms were so incredibly comfortably and clean.  The breakfast offered a delicious variety! The fitness center and laundry were great amenities, as well as the outdoor area. Most of all, it was a safe, clean location to stay very close to a variety of restaurants and shopping!!!

I realize it’s an extended stay location; however with the rooms not being cleaned daily, the only issue was my having to ask for clean towels, new trash bags, and toilet paper by the third day. However that was NO prob!!!

Breakfast was great, plenty of choices to pick from. cooked great and tasty. The area around the hotel was more than we expected as far as store variety and restaurants.Well maintained and we felt safe.

only one bad thing, as laundry is free and hotel provided we decided to do ours before la leaving. My husband used 2 of the 4 washers. Another person used 1 and the last one wasnt working. A rude and angry man verbally attacked my husband, as he felt he should of given up the washers to his wife. The manager came and told him he needed to wait for his turn. The manager was very apologetic.
