The hotel manager was very responsive and attentive. It was in a very nice area, close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The room was clean.

The room lighting was a little dim, and some of the decor was shabby and ripped. It didn't bother us, as we were only staying for one night, but if you were there a long time, it might be something to ask the front desk to have swapped out for undamaged items.

The room was spacious and had a Fridge,Microwave,dishwasher and sink.

When we turned down the sofa bed the white sheet was stained and it grossed me out. Then we pulled a blanket out of the closet and it also had a stain and didn’t smell clean 🤮

BREAKFAST was amazing!!! Large rooms, kitchen, stocked shampoo, etc. Swim area was nice and basketball court/courtyard was very cute.

The trash cans were all full on the property, outside the front door and in the courtyard. The gym did smell really bad, but we did not use it, just checked it out. Our bed was very uncomfortable.

Everything was perfect. In fact, they fixed my issue with a rebooking AFTER BOOKING.COM LLIED TO ME AND SAID IT WAS RESOLVED! If it weren't for the staff at the Homeward Suites, we would have been sleeping in our car, since Booking.com was of absolutely no help whatsoever. This staff needs to be given recognition for their customer service.

The only thing that could have made this trip better was to have Booking.com resolve the issue instead of me having to do it when we arrived.

Nice room size. Kitchen had supplies.

Pool area is very warm. Was watching my kids swim and started feeling lightheaded. Small repairs needed in the room such as the shower rod not attached and a handle coming off the door.

Location & the size of the rooms. Excellent kitchen. Large indoor pool Quiet rooms

The pull out couch in the living room was thin and very uncomfortable even after adding extra padding. There are other hotels with better prices if you are shopping around. Wish the bathroom sink area had a door so others could sleep while getting read.

The staff was friendly, rooms were clean and it was the perfect location.

During breakfast time, the breakfast was not fully stocked and it wasn't even busy. Another guest mentioned something to the male desk person and he didn't respond in anyway. But then, another guest who was friends with a staff member came down with her kids and talked to her friend and the next thing you know, the breakfast area was being restocked.

just thought 900 for 5 days was a little high for a small room.

tv remotes to work better and one tv was very dark even after turning up brightness. Have bigger trash cans. could have more linens in kitchen.

Everything! Very friendly staff, nicely decorated rooms, beds very comfortable. Delicious breakfast.

The store inside prices for soda and snacks was overly priced.

My only concern was the unexpected $100 hold placed on my card for possible incidents. It is unfair to require a payment or hold without informing individuals in advance.
