Comfy modern room with a large window and great bathroom. The staff was friendly and had good suggestions on where to order food to be delivered. Standard faire for breakfast but nicely appointed. Felt upscale. Several people that I met were staying there for their anniversary (break from the kids and treat themselves).

An elevator was broken when were were there. That reduced it to one elevator for all of the floors. That slowed things down a bit going to breakfast and checking out--but it was only a minor inconvenience.

Convenient location close to lots of things but not busy or loud. Bed was comfortable.

Property seemed older and not as nice as neighboring hotels. Pool was clean but need a deep cleaning or to be repainted because it looked old and gross. Halls smelled really strongly of weed for a few hours each day. Room was not cleaned well before our stay, last guest forgot dirty wadded up clothes in the dresser and they were not removed by housekeepers. When we told the front desk he seemed unbothered and said they would remove them AFTER we left… we were there for a few days so that was weird and gross.

We had a great stay. We were on a double mother/daughter outing with 9 year old best friends and the woman at the front desk was so kind to be able to upgrade our room at check in, it was a very nice gesture. The pool, fitness center, breakfast, all were very good.

There were 3 of us who rode in on bicycles. There was plenty of space in our room for the bikes and for the 3 of us to spread out. Everything was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Loved the free waters. Breakfast was excellent. We will be back!!

Very clean and safe.

It wasn’t the hotel fault, however Booking.com advertised 2 queen beds and a king-size sofa for our room that I booked. Our room was only 2 queen beds. When I inquired about this, staff said that Booking.com advertises like that, but they do not have rooms that fit that description

This is a fantastic hotel. The staff is very friendly. The room we had was very big. Everything was spotlessly clean. The bed was very good. Check-in and out were very fast.

Little to no gluten-free options for breakfast. So I went out for that. Besides that, I can't fault this hotel at all.

Clean, good location, helpful staff, good temperature control in the room

I tripped and fell over the bench at the end of the bed. It’s in a spot that you don’t see it easily and it’s a serious trip hazard. I moved it out of the way for my stay

The hotel stay was great I came for a night stay to meet with family and the location was perfect. We had plenty of restaurants and mall within short distance. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The pool and hot tub area was also clean. The food was also great. The Christmas decorations and fireplace was beautiful. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The only down side was that there were not enough luggage carriers we had to make a few trips but other than that it was great stay.

Breakfast option were good, staff was friendly, room was clean. Location was perfect for Polaris options.

The ac/heat until was very loud and vibrating which made it difficult to sleep even when I adjusted the temperature.

Breakfast was good lots of choices. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

The bar on the inside of the shower sliding door was missing.
