I stay here a lot for business trips. The prices are fair during the weekdays but not so much on the weekends. The parking lot is secure and I always request to stay upstairs because those rooms are much more modern and clean. The rooms downstairs have bed bugs and smell like marijuana. The only complaint I have is that all of the rooms upstairs are lacking a power strip to allow the TV the microwave, and the fridge to all be plugged in at the same time. It's like this on every single upstairs room I have been in and is very dumb.

I was just coming off of an 8 1/2 hour drive, & I was exhausted! The front desk staff was so pleasant, welcoming, and friendly….It felt like going to my favorite uncles’s house! Also, I had slept in the following morning & I missed breakfast. The front desk lady went and got me a green apple and told me to take it for the road! I also got a big fat hug from the housekeeping lady! I travel at least 8 days throughout the year moving through 6 different states…so needless to say, I stay in a lot of hotels! The customer service at this hotel is up over & beyond!!! I will definitely go out of my way to book this particular hotel next year!

In my room, there were some cigarettes stains on the bathroom sink. However, I think they were in the process of updating the rooms.

We have been in this hotel for a very long time (almost 2 months) and I can't say anything bad, the administrator and all the employees of this hotel are trying to do everything in their power, very friendly and kind. Our room was with new furniture, it was not smoked, which is very pleasing, quite cheap price, good full breakfast. I also ordered delivery to the hotel address twice, and I safely picked them up from the front desk. We really liked this hotel out of many in Columbus.

I had gotten sick while in Ohio and wound up in the hospital. I was discharged from the hospital about 4 PM and went directly to the hotel. The front desk staff that checked me in was absolutely amazing. I checked in quickly and efficiently and was resting in no time. I was not sure if I would be able to drive the next day, so the front desk staff allowed me to extend my stay if necessary.

I left before breakfast. The staff was awesome especially Helena.

The bathroom has obviously had mold and they attempted to cover it with paint. The shower rods has been moved and the old holes were still in the wall. The flooring was a tile. After taking a shower I walked on the floor and the bottom of my feed were turned black by the time I went to bed. I had to wash my feed again so would make my sheets very dirty.

Its quiet, fresh towels and coffee brought to my room twice right away when asked! Employees are kind and respectful except one person serving breakfast! Otherwise, exceptional customer service !! Would love them to have mt.dew they only have dark pops available! My room on the second floor. Nice and clean! Would rather a king bed with couch room on second floor than my two queen room, don't know if thats available or not, need to find out! The pool is clean and refreshing and maintained well! I will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!!

From the low rating of this place and the reviews, I wasn't expecting much, but based off that, It exceeded my expectations. It's not a swanky Ramada, there's a little wear here and there, but the staff was nice, the place was clean, and the bed was comfy. For the price in the area it's a very good value

I had a jacuzzi suite. Very clean and spacious. Simple but good breakfast. Staff was very nice and helpful.

My only complaint was the pool. The water was freezing but you get used to it lol and the water was stale like it needed chlorine and filtered. There was also no seating. But it was a nice swim.

Got two rooms was right across hall from each other. Nice shower plus fridge and little freezer in room. Plenty of places to charge phones, tablet or computer. Desk in room where could let little ones eat

Pool was broken, wasn't expecting room deposit but was returned about week and half later

I like that breakfast is there waiting for you when you get up.

The carpet needs to be changed in the hallways and some of the rooms needs to be updated as well. .And it needs to be sprayed for bugs also.
