It was clean

There wasn’t any where close to eat and there is a restaurant in the hotel but if you are traveling from far to get there and get there early before check in time and you are exhausted and hungry from traveling the last thing you want to do is look for a restaurant when you booked a hotel with one in it . But it doesn’t open till 5:00pm that is just bad business this made me angry I had to get back in my car and drive to 29 minutes to find something

The room was clean and comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure, but wish the vent fan worked. The restaurant was excellent for dinner and affordable as long as you stayed away from the alcohol. The host working there was very kind and always made sure our waters were filled and kept the dining area very clean. Check-in staff were very friendly and helpful when my reservation couldn't be found. It turns out it was logged in with my name reversed. Breakfast could be included with your reservation, which was very convenient and saved us money. I didn't take any pictures of the room but I added the photo of my dinner because I thought it looked good amd tasted amazing.

The online photos showed a hot tub that wasn't there anymore which was upsetting, I picked that location specifically because I thought it had one to relax in after all the walking I'd do at the Equine Affaire. The indoor pool was nice but very cold unfortunately and had a lot of hair and stuff floating around, maybe the filter system needs checked? Or maybe I showed up after a bunch of people left. Breakfast wasn't awesome but still plenty of options, the bacon was really good. The guys working there never brought us drinks, not even water. I ended up getting a cup of milk from the cereal area to drink. I think if they'd show them to a table and ask their drink order before sending them to the breakfast buffet it would eliminate this.

The room was clean and very quiet. I loved the plant based toiletries and the variety of channels available on the TV. I felt safe in the area and it was close to some food places and shopping.

There was not a microwave in the room, the pillows were hard and lumpy. Also when I took a shower the tub was clogged and the water was up past my ankles and I didn't like that. Also I know the area and knew where the hotel was, but for those that wouldn't know, there weren't really signs from the main road to tell you, at least I didn't see them.

Had charges on my bill ( $200 +_) that should not have been there. It took three days to get someone to correct the problem. At one point I ask to speak to the assistant manager Clerk told him what I wanted. He told. Her he had paperwork to do and didn't have time to talk to me. This was around 6PM. The next morning a Clerk (different one) found the problem and fixed it in 5 minutes. All total this took 4 days. I was there for 5days. I paid using Booking.com but was charged 2 days after checking in.

Breakfast buffet was worth the money. Plenty of options

3 burgers ordered for dinner all ordered “medium” 2 came out fine 1 came out RAW. Buddy took bite out of it expressed his concern sent it back thinking would get another one better prepared. By the time it came back out the rest of us 5 were done eating, he just said box it to go he’d eat it in his room. Got to his room it was the same one reheated with the same bite out of it. Needless to say he didn’t eat it, seemed a bit unknowingly unsanitary. Waste of his money.

Customer service is excellent! Late check in - last minute stop on travel to Myrtle Beach. We were tired, and the gentleman that checked us in was so very kind. Breakfast was typical, but very good. Daughter was looking forward to a waffle, so we were a bit disappointed but she managed with pancakes. Nothing beats a waffle maker when you travel. Room was very clean. Beds very comfortable.

Food was overall fair. The menu was limited, and the breakfast buffet was not available. Wine choice at bar was limited. ALL of the staff was friendly and helpful.

See above comment. And the ceiling in my room (217) was wet and paint was peeling. There was no hot water in the a.m. Note: water pressure in the shower was over the top. You could save on water if you toned it down a bit.

My daughter and I stayed Sunday night March 12. I wasn’t planning on staying anywhere overnight that night but we were there for the Wrestling State Tournament & the awards ran till 1030. I was not in the mood to drive home for an hour and a half, was so tired. We got a GREAT price, saw the pictures on the Internet and thought this place is wonderful. Walked in, and it was nicer than the one we had spent for two nights, Friday and Saturday in which was way more expensive. My daughter loved the pool. The night teller was very sweet & the two guys that were there in the morning were very nice to talk too.

No breakfast on Monday 😢 & the geese honking outside my door from 6 AM on

Great room, comfy bed, amazing water pressure

It’s a huge conference hotel—long walk from entrance to elevator to get up to room. Somehow it is misplaced—it might fill up in Washington DC, but I can’t imagine a conference in that part of Columbus OH. Maybe if all the Budweiser execs need to get together?

room was comfortable and clean. Lobby is nice. We only slept there so didn't experience much else.

The gentleman checking us in was not happy to be there, he seemed irritated.
