We needed a place to stay after a long day at a music festival. This place gave us the beds we needed for 3 adults and 1 child. It was clean, and communication with the staff was great. I called to arrange for a late-night arrival, and when we checked in, everything was ready to go. The front desk staff was quick and polite and got us checked in quickly.

We thought we would take advantage of the complimentary breakfast, but after a quick look at the offering, we decided to stop on our way home. It is the typical hotel breakfast, but my niece was looking forward to waffles, and they only had pancakes. We found a Cracker Barrel instead on the route home.

Breakfast was outstanding; so many healthy choices which I appreciated. I have never seen a breakfast like this! And I want to be sure you know that the young man who was working the breakfast area is a TERRIFIC employee! What a worker with great customer service skills. He greeted every single person as they arrived and was so pleasant and friendly. He is a hard worker and was busy the entire time wiping every table immediately, working in the kitchen, and quickly checking items and restocking. I was really impressed with his work ethic and his pleasant presence. I sure hope you are paying him what he is worth. And that he knows what a good job he is doing!

We had to change rooms because of a ladybug infestation in our first room. Second room was comfortable and we slept great. Bed was cozy, comfortable with big puffy pillows. Very nice.

The breakfast was very good and kept well stocked. It would have been nice if it were kept open just a little longer during the week.

The only issue we had was with the height of the bed. My husband and I are in our 70s and 80s and I am partially handicapped, so we had a handicapped room. But the bed was so tall that it was a struggle to get in it.

The hotel was clean and modern. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The buffet breakfast was plenty and tasty.

The traffic near the hotel was terrible at rush hour. The noise level from the highway was irritating at night. Other people on our floor were very noisy and resulted in a terrible night of sleep for my entire family.

Oh my gosh the bed was so comfortable that it was ridiculous I absolutely slept good I love the modern look of the room the stand-ups glass shower everything was exceptional.

The only thing that I would say that they can do is upgrade and get one more elevator there was only one elevator and it sounded like it needed some repairs on it it made all kind of noises so if I could advise them to do anything it would be the elevator.

Great staff, good breakfast and well worth the price of the room. Clean and new looking. The facility is close to the highway, but it is not noisy.

We had a bunch of popcorn under a bed and the sheets for the 3rd bed had not been new (rolled up in the bag). The pool gave a couple of the girls folliculitis. It must have been very high in bacteria. Now it was closed the next morning for cleaning. Hope they kill it all.

Comfort bedding , 100 points for cleanliness and the morning breakfast , variety of options to choose from : omlettes, hashbrown, bread, cereal, yogurts, pancake from the fancy machine, juice etc etc Hands down ,the best breakfast we had in any of the holiday inns till date !!!

The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and spacious. It was a fair price for the room as well. Also, the breakfast was very good. There was enough selection so that our whole family could enjoy something.

I only wish the indoor pool was a little warmer.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming when checking in. Great location and close to everything. Hotel was quiet and not much disturbance. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I am a woman traveling alone, didn’t arrive until late but felt safe with my surroundings

There wasn’t a hair dryer available in my room so I did have to go down to the desk to ask for one but they were prompt with my request and even gave me an item I forgot to bring! No worries

Came here because of travel to zoo. We always stay at holiday inn express love the rooms and free breakfast. We were given a great room close by because of my mobility issues We were also allowed early check in!
