Very close to the Columbus zoo and in a quiet area. Also a couple nice parks nearby. The staff are super nice! The room was clean and spacious. My grandson actually had an accident on the chair in our room. So unfortunate! I offered to clean it, they declined saying they would take care of it. Before we pulled out of the lot they removed the chair from the room, not just wiping it off and leaving it for the next guests. In my opinion this shows they care about the guests experience. Also the walls are not thin. We did not hear noise from other rooms even though they were occupied. Breakfast is grab and go (cereal, muffins, fruit, snack bars) which is fine with us.

Only thing improvement my room could have used was a plug that worked in the tub. We had to give my grandson a shower. He survived of course, he just screamed the whole time.

The Bed was superior. Parking 🅿️ right outside the room. Real Keurig coffee maker in room. Take and go breakfast. Shower head was great.

The room layout was odd. The wall mounted heating/cooling thing was a bit weak for how the room was set up. The bathroom toilet was too cramped against the wall and door. But overall not a bad stay Side note, was not aware of extra security deposit until actual booking on website. Not a deal breaker but definitely not typical.

Grab-n-go breakfast with bagged danish, bagged blueberry muffins, cereal and fresh fruit - perfect! Although an older hotel it had comfortable queens beds, a large bathroom, the suite was spacious ( including fridge, microwave, Kuirig plates, cups and silverware) so that 4 adults with visitors could move around comfortably and it was very clean. Staff members were very personable and helpful. Can’t beat the price.

Even though comfortable, Thermostat heat in the bathroom would be nice, rather than a timer heater.

Pacer Inn and Suites is close to downtown Delaware which was nice and central for all I needed to do. The property was clean which I appreciated. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. For the price I was very happy with my stay. The location felt safe and the overall impression was good

The grab and go breakfast (granola bars, yogurt, bananas, etc.) was a bit underwhelming but it was something and that was nice.

Rooms were nice and comfortable however we were in Delaware for a murder trial it was stressful enough dealing with the murder and trial. We tried to check in and were told we had to do it online and we had to pay for our rooms and not for someone else. I was paying for my sister and the whole experience was taxing. Even when we tried to extend our stay and the prosecuting team was going to pay for the additional day due to the trial going an additional day before it was given to the jurors to render a verdict.

The staffs are friendly and fast respond when I got problem in the room. The room is vintage kinda but spacious and comfortable. AC and black out curtains work well. Parking in front of the rooms first come first served basis. Location close to Downtown. Fair price. Recommended for a visit in Delaware!

Breakfast is included in their good value price - but a decent one. For me it was fine but if you expect a big sophisticated breakfast, dont be disappointed and just go to the restaurant around :)

Very clean and had all the necessary amenities.

Bed (mattress) was comfortable but very "creaky/crunchy" sounding. We would have preferred a room in the inside hallway in the main area instead of a room with a door directly outside because of some traffic noise and people leaving in the morning.

The size of our room was exceptional. Loved check in quick and easy. The water was very hot. There are tons of pillows. We had connecting rooms with our friends. Very convenient.

The bathroom is small. When you turn on the light, the fan comes on also. Breakfast was very limited. Hostess style cinnamon buns, honeybuns, granola bars, fruit, and coffee. Is not diabetic friendly. I was expecting there would be something I could eat but had to go elsewhere.

very Easy to check in Laura was very helpful. nice facility and the American breakfast had a wide selection of take and go food, freshest fruit, nice pastries , wonderful coffee. No frills, but will, stay there again when we are back in Delaware. very easy to find, lots of parking near rooms. 5 stars for friendly and good Value!

The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. My sole concern was that the bathroom fan was always on if the bathroom light was on. We tend to leave the bathroom light on as a nightlight while sleeping. The fan made that a non-starter. BUT the front desk came to the rescue and provided us with a nightlight that they were using in the office. The hotel breakfast was strictly a grab-and-go with pre-packaged foods. Nothing hot. But we had planned on going out for breakfast anyway.
