The personnel were very congenial, respectful, helpful, caring, clean, neat in appearance, held eye contact...I felt very welcomed... They listened when I mentioned maybe changing out the office chair as it was worn...they said this was an item they were trying to replace them. I said I was fine it is a good chair, I put a towel on it and no problem...next I had things to do, and they found another chair in excellent condition. I was staying for 8 days. I just returned after a trip out of town and because of the staff and room cleanliness and the willingness to address my chair thing...I came back a day later to another room # Exceptionally clean here down the hall. Breakfasts are fresh and well organized and the presentation was superb. The lady working the breakfast room was attentive to keeping food out, hot, milk very cold, other things just very organized. Such as the yogurt was set so it was easy to read what type flavors by just a glance. The cereal...raisin bran was fresh. Eggs hot, just right and the sausage links were at the right brown ness...and tasty. It was great to have "go with" apples, bagels with cream cheese. The cream cheese packets are the best size!!..

I enjoyed all of my 8 day stay and again my 1 day stay. I have put on facebook all these words describing my stay. Thousands on my facebook world wide. My item I wish for changing? Well if a lite lunch or dinner could be offered even for a $ lol But you know, this place is wonderful overall. If the chair replacement was an issue, I was kind and the desk personnel responded. Good Them!!!! Certainly hired right.

The pool is heated which was a lovely surprise. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast selection was plenty. Parking was easy and up front. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was strong. TV worked well and the room was clean and spacious. The noise cancellation from other rooms was decent.

The refrigerator in the room wasn't working, the room itself was a little outdated. The neighbors next to me were up at all hours at 3:30am slamming doors and talking loudly. Also the aroma of marijuana was foul from the next room (No fault of the facility) as I believe it is a smoke free facility. The location has some road noise but was very close to a shopping center and many restaurants.

The woman who maintains the breakfast area was superb! The area was so very clean, well stocked and it was service with enthusiasm and a big smile! I sure appreciated that lady and I wish you could tell her!

The desk chair in my room looked like it was pulled from the side of a road awaiting the garbage truck. The seat was torn in many places and the back rest was rubbed down to the structure of the frame. I stood up using my computer and phone...too yucky to sit in it. Room 105 The rest of my room was superbly clean and comfortable.

Very clean rooms! I had a super late check-in and that was handled beautifully by the front desk at almost 2 am! So impressed! Parking was a bit of a challenge but I was told to park anywhere and we would deal with it in the morning. THANK YOU. Highly recommended hotel and the area is terrific for LOTS of great shopping!

Not much I didn’t like. I would have appreciated housekeeping on the 2nd day but that’s so minor.

The staff was excellent, and very comfortable room. I had an emergency and had to check out early, the staff was amazing and understanding of my predicament and were a huge help. The water pressure in the shower was a little weak but that could have been just the room I was in. Over all loved this property and will be back.

Breakfast was fine/typical. Waffles good. Staff that replenished items very friendly. Beds comfortable. Quiet room.

The chair at the desk in our room was literally scratched or ripped apart: we called front desk and staff came up to see it and document it so we wouldn’t be charged for the damage. Did not apologize for its condition or offer another- so we just put it aside as it was not pleasant to sit in. Kleenex box on bathroom counter had a few tissue just stuffed into the top- perhaps from another box that was finished? I mean I do that at home but I don’t expect that to be waiting for me at a cleaned, prepared hotel room.

The room was spacious and clean the beds were comfortable and my request for extra pillows was made.

It was not enough light I the room. The room was a little dark. I didn't like that we couldn't close to drapes at night. And I had to go down to the other floors to get ice because the ice machine was broken on the floor I was on.

We needed a handicap room with 2 beds. Caretakers don't sleep with the person they are caring for. Please consider this when furnishing your handicap rooms. I understand you only have one handicap room in your facilities which puts many handicap travelers in jeopardy or they have to find another facility. At least consider putting in higher toilets to help accommodate a person that cannot get the only handicap room you have.

The young lady that does breakfast, is cheering and pleasant to talk to, she makes our morning seem bright. The whole staff has always been a great staff. We are there 2 Wednesday, and 4 Wednesday of each month. We have chosen this location because of the staff and price.

Some of the rooms we have stayed in the bathrooms need some repairs. Otherwise we are happy with our rooms and we feel at comfort.

Very clean and a great breakfast. We got a great last minute price.

The heater/air conditioner was incredibly loud. It screeched and whistled every time it kicked on and woke us up all night. If we were staying for more than 1 night we would have asked for another room.
