Room - Very roomy, clean, and comfortable. Big shower. Property - clean, easy to get to your room, and plenty of parking. Staff - super helpful and easy going. Breakfast - it wasn’t great but it did the job. They had cereals, oatmeal, some hot options like eggs and sausage, and yogurts. Might be our new go to Columbus spot!

Neither Netflix nor Prime loaded - kept getting an error message. The biggest issue was that I heard every footstep from above, which was made worse by the creaking in the ceiling that accompanied that. Luckily the walking stopped around 10:30 pm or else I would have had a very difficult time sleeping

Room was large and beds were comfortable. Shower was large and water pressure was good. Breakfast had a nice selection and the property was clean. They also had an indoor pool.

Upon arriving it was very warm inside the hotel lobby and hallways. When I entered my room is was very hot and the temp was reading at 88 even though the thermostat was set at 75. It was difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature.

Very convenient location. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean.

The ceiling was horribly creaky! Was woken up at 6:30am by loud creaking and snapping when people on the third floor room above us walked within their room. Lasted for at least an hour. Was told by staff that this was due to how the hotel was built. Not their fault and not much they can do, but still pretty aggravating. Strongly recommend requesting a 3rd floor room if you stay here!

the property was convenient to the expressway, easy on and off. it was very clean. the rooms were newly decorated. the breakfast was good, adequate options for breakfast, coffee was delicious(we brought our own flavored creamer). the room had a refrigerator and microwave. the air conditioner wasn’t super loud and didn’t wake us up every time it went on, that’s was very nice. cable tv had good channels. and the area was very quiet, despite being close to the expressway.

the bed and pillows weren’t great. I brought my own pillow(always do) but for a short stay both were tolerable. the bed was alittle hard and pillows small.

The rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. They allowed early check-in. Good size TV and fridge. Decent breakfast. The pool area had open towels available to guests. Spacious pool. Right next to interstate so lots of food and gas stations near you.

The only suggestion that I have is at the pillows were tiny.

We enjoyed the breakfast. A nice variety of things to choose from. We especially liked the fact that the hotel was so very close to Bob Evans. The hotel had good mattresses and we got a good nights rest before starting our drive the next day.

Nothing to complain about.

I loved almost everything about the hotel. The staff at the front desk were super nice and helpful. Our room was extremely nice and new with many updates. The bed was the best bed I've slept in in a hotel. Housekeeping cleaned our room without being asked both days we were there. Most hotels don't when only staying 2 nights unless you ask for it. The room was huge! We had 2 queen beds and there was plenty of leftover space to put up a king or queen sized air mattress as well. Nice separate closet and huge shower in bathroom.

The breakfast wasn't the greatest. It wasn't bad but could've provided some better options. There is construction going on at the entrance of Evans Way making it extremely difficult to get out. Wouldn't have been so bad had it not been so close to the intersection also.

The hotel was very nice and well maintained! The room was clean, and the continental breakfast was good as well. I would have preferred some thicker pillows on the bed, but that wasn’t a huge deal by any means. Overall, a great stay!

Clean and tidy, no weird smells. Shower was really nice. Room was well kept up on, no "landlord special" type fixes. Staff was really nice. We slept so good we didn't wake up in time for brekky to know if it was good. So i guess you can say it's pretty comfy.

Sheets were a bit loud, like when you wear those wind suit pants and walk and your thighs rub together.
