Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was warm, which was great for my littlest one. She normally gets too cold. Great design and useful for a variety of ages. When I checked in, they asked if I needed a crib or linens for the sofa bed and gave me the extra towels and washcloths I had asked for. Would definitely stay here again.

Hot tub was too hot! I know that sounds funny but it was. I could barely stand it. The beds made my hips sore as well. The fancy breakfast coffee machine doesn't offer a half caffeinated option for coffee or any non-dairy milks for the fancy beverages. Not that I expected a latte but a little disappointing to have to wait so long to get coffee and not be able to take advantage of the full features.

Love the location as well as the room. The inside pool was very nice. The 3pm check in and 12pm check out was a plus. Love the hot breakfast every morning.

I hated that if you didn't get there by 8:30am items that were supposed to be there for breakfast was gone and they wouldn't have any other thing except the waffles or fruit

Pleasantly surprised ! Room was clean and remodeled fairly recently. Everything worked, a bonus. Bedding clean and fresh. Mattress good. Breakfast surprisingly good for this level of motel breakfast (healthier options available). This range of motels runs in an area of quality, and for the money, this was near the top of the pack. Quick access to I-70 and I-270, short drive to casino (although I didn't go), convenient to drugstores, WalMarts, etc. Stay on the side away from the interstate, however !!!!

Bathtub is a bit narrow and difficult to stand up in, but it's not like that can be corrected....next time, a little more width ??!?

I liked everything about it. From the front door staff to the pool and hot tub to the breakfast worker and the housekeeper. It was very clean although the first night there, our hallway smelled funky but it didn’t smell the second night. Breakfast was really good and there was a wide variety of foods to choose from. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. The pool was warm and the hot tub was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

If I had to say something I didn’t like about the property, it would be the parking was tight. Very limited spaces in the front of the hotel.

The hotel was clean, and the staff we interacted with was helpful and nice. The room was spacious and clean, and it had all the basics in the room. Full-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower were nice and smelled good. The included breakfast was very good! Good selection of hot and cold options. Very nice large Keurig with numerous options, from basic coffee to cappuccino. Overall, it's a great hotel for a reasonable price!

The bed in the room could be upgraded but wasn't the worst ever.

From my first day, Sunday and leaving on the following Wednesday the staff was great. Very easy check in and helpful with me questions. Granddaughter lost an earring and they checked the pool area every day for it, unfortunately it wasn't found. The very please with the hotel and location considering a place my reservation online sight unseen. We will be returning again this summer

Very friendly staff, especially the ladies serving the food and cleaning the rooms. Spacious, overall clean, and comfortable rooms/facility. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and options were plentiful. Close to many other dining options.

I randomly found a clipped nail on the nightstand and a used Q-tip on the floor after pulling out the couch to use its bed. But other than that, I had no issues. I would definitely still stay here again. This is a great value!

The bed was extremely comfortable. I slept fantastic and rarely sleep well. Breakfast in the morning was quite the spread and very good. Best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Easy check in and check out.

It isn't soundproofed so you can hear everything from the hallways coming into your room. The shower leaked water onto the floor. No real space for making coffee or tea as they are located on the bathroom sink, which I thought strange.

I liked the proximity of our room to the pool and how spacious the room was. It was very clean, as well.

There seemed to be construction going on in the hallway or a nearby room in the morning. When we checked in the desk clerk could have stated that we would need to get the pool towels from the front desk, as we specifically asked about the pool. Also would have been nice to have been told where the ice machine was and have been provided a container for said ice.

I especially loved that there was a jacuzzi in my room. I rented the king suite with spa and it was amazing. But even for those who can't afford private spa or need more beds rather than spa. There is a separate hot tub located inside the pool room. I also enjoyed the variety at breakfast a lot of hot items to choose from

I did not like the fact. The vending machine was all the way down the opposite hallway near the pool room and in enclosed by 2 separate doors. Not only is this the long walk. But what about disabled or handicapped people? They enjoy snacks and drinks like everyone else., I also did not like the fact. The coffee was not readily available. The lady at the front desk was helpful and nice to plug the machine in and got the coffee going. The staff, however, would not.
