Breakfast was better than most hotels we've stayed at. The bed was comfortable. The shower was easier to use with lots of grab handles. (We did ask for a room with those features) Internet service was good. The location is very good with easy access to the freeway, restaurants, and shopping.

The room was missing lotion, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers upon arrival but the staff quickly corrected that. The room had no bath towels when we arrived either, but the staff quickly corrected that as well. There was not adequate handicap parking on the site. It needs about 3 or 4 more designated handicap parking places.

Great location near food & shopping and the highway. Large, clean room with comfortable couch and chair. The bed was also comfortable with several of the famously-comfy Choice brand pillows. The breakfast was good with plenty of hot and cold options. Most of the staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful.

The guy at the front desk could use a little more pizzazz, although he did smile at us once. The internet was very weak and unreliable. The room refrigerator was good but had no freezer, which we didn't realize until after we bought ice cream we wanted to save for later. All of these are quite minor relative to our overall experience.

Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Room was spacious. Lots of parking.

great hotel - clean and has restaurants and stores very close. The room had a sofa so you had a place to sit other than the bed. Bed was comfortable. Close to the highway as well to get downtown

the staff. They weren't as friendly as we have observed in other hotels. Asked a question about restaurants and directions - did not know any answers. The breakfast and staff at breakfast was great - much better than expected.

Hotel was clean, quiet, and the rooms are good size.

My only recommendation would be to change up what hot protein is served for breakfast each morning. Maybe do egg patties and sausage links one morning then scrambled eggs and bacon the next morning, something like that.

Location was convenient. Room was nice (once we got resituated - see below). Staff was friendly & helpful (see below). Bed was comfortable. Lots to see and do in Columbus, so we will be back for a longer stay.

The first room we tried seemed nice ... until we opened the door to the bathroom. It immediately smelled of stale, mildewed towels. The front desk immediately gave a new room that was fine. The breakfast was okay, but needed more variety. That was alright, though, because it gave us the opportunity to find some great cafes and coffee shops. Though the bed was fine, the pillows were not comfortable. This miniature 'marshmallow' type pillows are always too thick for me and I end up with a stiff neck the next morning. All-in-all, a good hotel.

Parking lot was convenient and easy to see from our room. Easy access from the expressway.

The hand sanitizer on the 3 rd floor by the elevator was broken. The drapes in our room were full of stains. The desk clerk was not concerned about the severe tornadoes coming through and seemed to blow them off. Coffee was weak.

Bed was comfortable and room was a good size. It was nice to have coffee maker in the room.

Breakfast was a little disappointing. The sausage seemed to be boiled instead of fried…..pale color. Eggs were not hot; just barely warm. Tables were not cleaned off. Also, the room was stuffy and very warm when we got there because air conditioner was turned off.

I loved how friendly everyone was! The staff was all very helpful, the pool was nice , and the breakfast was soo good!

The pool gets a bit crowded with all the kids later in the day, but that’s all part of it. Everyone was great and the pools are clean often. No complaints!

Great room, nice to have a little sitting area where there is a fold out couch, this was excellent to put our pack and play for our little one. Pretty large mini-fridge, and a microwave makes this a good option for longer stays, very convenient to the highway for easy access to all of Columbus from here, and at half the price of the downtown hotels.

Furnishings are a little older, but they are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good for a continental. Swimming pool deck doesnt have any significant traction, so slipping is a concern.
