Staff was very nice and helpful. Beds were clean and so was shower. The location is very convenient too. The price and what you get are definitely worth it for a quick stay. :)

Some things were not very clean like drawers and some utilities. There was someone's meds still in the fridge when we came in. The continental breakfast was also not what I expected (just cereal, bagels, bread, and some fruit) better than nothing though :)

This hotel was great! The staff was very kind and beds were comfortable. Seems like a pretty new hotel. You can't beat the price! Very close to lots of restaurants and shopping options. For those of you with children, the room we had offers something I had never seen before...a cushioned area by the window. My wife and I thought this would have been perfect for a kid to sleep on if we had stayed in this hotel when our kids were young! I included a photo of this cool feature in this review. Read on to find my negative comments...but again, our stay was great. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

The only thing that kept me from giving it a perfect review was the cleanliness. I always check the beds in ALL hotels I stay at for bed bugs. So during my search (I found no bugs!) I noticed that the bed skirt was pretty dirty. It looked like it had not been changed in a while. Granted, this is not part of the bed that someone actually sleeps on, but it was still a bit disturbing to see all the dirt and hair present. I included a photo of this. You may have to zoom in to see the dirt and hair. There also seemed to be a dried booger and mud on the wall. Again, this didn't exactly ruin our stay, but something we obviously didn't want to see on our wall! I included a photo of this as well.

We stayed for one night because we were in town for a wedding. The hotel was decorated for Halloween, which made my heart so happy. We were greeted with a smile and it was a quick transaction. The room was clean, there was a working tv, and the water pressure in my shower was amazing. The lobby and hallways were clean, and I would definitely stay again.

Everything was great, my only disappointment is that there wasn't a mirror in the room, only in the bathroom.

The do not disturb sign and the maid service sign looked a lot alike resulting in some confusion when I needed clean towels. Anna at the front desk resolved the issue quickly and to my satisfaction.

The room was comfortable and clean. Plenty of parking and easy access to our room. The room had plenty of space for us and our dogs and a minimal fee for the dogs.

The breakfast was lacking to say the least. Compared to hotels I've stayed at in the past couple months it was definitely a let down.

Coming/Going the front desk was unmanned. The bed was too firm and we didn’t get the minimum amount of towels required for two occupants. We requested extra towels and didn’t receive them. I was told we could get a veteran discount but the rep couldn’t enter it into the system because the booking.com app was used.

Staff was so friendly and kind. Parking was awesome. Location to everything was great! Very clean

We stay here every time we're in Columbus. It's clean, cheap, has a simple but sufficient breakfast. Everything we need.

Well, over bed sheets need attention. They offer breakfast but it is only coffee, juices, milk, cereal and bagels.

Quiet, comfortable room and bed.

Better breakfast options or a coupon to local restaurant for breakfast.
