The room staff and property were amazing! However I only booked the hotel for the jacuzzi! After seeing children I mean literal toddlers in diapers in the hot tub all day I called and asked them if there was a time the children had to be out the hottub sadly there isn’t!

I understand kids love the pool but the Hilton is an upscale hotel and I paid almost 240 for my room for one night only so I can use the hotel! I travel for work and that distressed me it’s why I chose your hotel! However It closed at 11 and as of 1045 it was still overrun with small children I was bummed and doubt we will go back!

The front desk staff (Ivy) was extremely friendly and helped explain the rewards program. She noticed my son had a pokémon card and engaged with him which was incredibly nice since it was his birthday and the stay was all about him. We had a chance to use the pool and jacuzzi, along with the fitness center - both were fantastic! The water pressure/temperature in the shower was surprisingly good given the size of the building. Probably one of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in at any hotel.

$10 a night for parking in a giant lot was a little ridiculous. They told us it was for the extra security, but it’s an open lot like any business in the surrounding area. If there was a private garage or valet services, I’d gladly pay the additional fee for convenience and security. Also, we looked at the breakfast menu and noticed they charged $6 for cereal…but we shouldn’t have been surprised given the fact it would have been $2 for a bottle of water in the room. The TV options were slightly disappointing for a hotel as nice as this one; we’ve stayed at others that offered the ability to link our netflix/hulu/max/disney, etc. accounts.

The night I stayed there, it was a vibrant night with kids all over the lobby area playing and having fun (a convention of some sort). It made it feel more like a home than a hotel. The room was very clean and cozy with the temperature set just right (to me). The bed was divine and was more like a cloud than a mattress. The desk had ample room to do some late night work to finish up my week before the holiday seasons kicked off. The view was nice as well. You could see the glow of the city all around (from the 7th floor). I’ll probably book this place again on my trip through just before Christmas. They had a Keurig with teas and coffees for me to consume! This pleased me so I went back to my car and got my travel mug and a couple of kpods I keep laying around for emergencies..(I probably need an intervention)

I don’t feel there are enough real outlets near the desk area (there is one on the base of the lamp), which meant I had to only use my laptop and couldn’t use my travel monitor or iPad (I know I know first world problems). Also the shower curtain didn’t really fit well and the show itself had a nozzle that was a bit off so it shot a stream of water all over myself and the show floor.. was so unimpressed with this after how nice everything else was, but I forgot to mention it when I left because I hadn’t had my 30th cup of coffee.. maybe they’ll see this and fix it.

The staff is amazing. Extremely courteous and kind. They were helpful when answering questions I had regarding the property. The interior design of the hotel was beautiful and reminiscent of 1920s Art Deco. There are many open areas which are functional and pleasant to use. The snack center is the best I have ever seen and used in other hotels. My room was larger than it looked in the pictures. Plenty of space, the bed mattress was surprisingly comfortable to sleep on and the sheets looked and smelled clean making it easy for me to get to sleep without feeling anxious. I was traveling with my dog and they treated her as if she was a human guest. (Although, I don't know to many humans who would be excited for the number of belly rubs and scratches she received!)

I was surprised that this hotel is listed as pet friendly, but lacks an assigned area for dogs. Although, I carry my own dog poop bags, there were no stations that offered free dog bags for dog owners. Though not a mark against the hotel and its staff there were guests with teenage girls for a traveling sport event. Many of the young ladies were running and screaming down the hallway at 2:00am. I believe staff should be supported by corporate to stop and prevent groups of young people from disrupting other hotel guests.

The staff was very friendly. Every encounter we had with a staff member was positive from check-in to check-out. Pillows were fabulous. Worth the upgrade to executive suite for access to lounge and breakfast. Plenty of room in the lobby and common areas to spread out

There were just some minor issues needing touch-up in our bathroom/shower. There looked like there had been a leak in the shower with some damage to the corner and an area around the door/baseboard that could use a deep clean. Otherwise, room was great!

I loved the lounge, and the food was absolutely delicious! The food service was outstanding—professional, polite, and made the experience even better.

The staff could have been friendlier and shown more enthusiasm for their job. The area around the pool was too slippery.

we didn’t get are room clean every other days as we requested at check in it only got clean the last night we stayed I didn’t like that they don’t offer free breakfast for the price people pay to stay there you should at least get free breakfast no microwave in room either

The area is close to the mall and within a short distance to many local food and entertainment options.

Our room was situated in front of the lights for the Hilton sign in facing the front of the hotel. While the room was clean and comfortable, you absolutely had to draw the curtains so that you weren’t blinded by the lights.

The staff was outstanding. There was an issue with my reservation, I saved my confirmation email and shared it, the staff was super accommodating. She went out of her way to assist me during OSU graduation weekend!

The front desk staff Miss Jones was excellent. She made our stay very pleasurable.

Unfortunately, our water pressure in our room was not good and we were unable to take a shower.
