Our favorite part of our stay was dinning with our bartender Kate. She was such a light and joy, and although we are local, she made us feel like we were on vacation even though we stayed for a single night! Her cocktails were superb, & she was on top of her game even with the busyness of the night. The whole staff was kind and generous, but we will definitely be back because of the magic she added to our stay.

This is always my choice of hotel when visiting Columbus. The property is stunning and the staff goes above and beyond to be accommodating and welcoming. The breakfast is unlike any hotel I've ever experienced, its fresh cooked to perfection and the service is always outstanding. I always enjoy the delicious breakfast sitting by the windows with such a beautiful view.

The front desk staff was sooo nice. They spoke every single time we came in or out.

We ate at the restaurant the first night. Our waiter was nice, but slower than the others. I had the Mahi-Mahi and my partner had a steak. Something in both of our foods, we didn't like the taste of. Maybe a nut or some herb, but it was one if those things that we tasted all night. Just didn't agree with our pallets.

The staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful. The outside area was gorgeous. Food at the restaurant was very good and larger portions than expected, far better than any food at a hotel we've been to. We only stayed 2 nights and still received room service (hasn't happened at others unless staying more than 3 nights). Would choose this hotel every time.

Only other thing I could have possibly hoped for was an outside pool but it's Ohio so best bet for any place is indoor pool.

Lobby open 24 hours

Water in shower or bath room for teeth brushing very white calcium content no filter in the water . Turn on hot water and collect water on your palm you will see how bad it is! Scary to brush teeth! Don’t live in Columbus if this is a problem everywhere !

Room service was fast! I ordered two BIG pots of coffee with extra, extra cream, and sipped great coffee all morning. Perfect!

I cannot think of a thing to complain about. Special thanks to Kim and front desk staff, and each staff member on the third floor. ALL were efficient and just very, very kind!

Very beautiful hotel. But would never ever stay at a Renaissance Hotel again.. My total bill was 463.00 for two nights and that was fine with me but they charged my checking account 1350.00 now I’m having to waiting 5-7 days for them to return my own money, that they r using for who knows what..BEWARE!! NEVER AGAIN will I stay at a Renaissance…They did the same thing to my brother… So

I just explained my disapproval with ur facility!!!

Location was perfect for us. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was yummy!

The pool room was very nice with large and numerous windows, however, the pool itself was dark, very dark green, and had no underwater lights. If I were going to change only one thing about this hotel, it would be to paint the pool a light color. Otherwise, the hotel was absolutely perfect!

Nice contemporary finishes in rooms . Great staff at all levels. Special thanks to Rochelle in restaurant who went out of her way to make our dining experience special. Also thanks to Antonia who assisted with our luggage from room to elevator.

Water pressure too low in sink. Inadequate bathroom lighting - overhead lighting at sink too harsh. Need secondary mirror near a wall outlet outside the bathroom for curling iron and makeup purposes. Small fridge was set too low. Had to pull it from the cabinet and adjust temp setting control on back side. Need to have adjustment knob inside the fridge so guest can adjust if necessary without pulling unit from enclosure. There was no lunch offered on Saturday during my stay. This is not acceptable in a top tier hotel.
