The staff was friendly and engaging. Helpful and gave knowledge about the company so that was helpful. Just being friendly and smiling is a plus these days because so many people do not know Customer Care and how to give it. So you have a great staff Rebecca a young lady that worked both last night and this morning December 28. If you’re smart you will reward them reward them and keep them!😊😊

No security for the parking lot since there has been a lot of break-ins and other extended stay hotels and it was even reported the other night that these were back in the parking lot at your Polaris location. Exceptional service would be security to show your guess that you care about their safety and their belongings. It is quite expensive to have your car broken into.

extremely clean, well maintained property! the beds had protectors on them, very nice fluffy pillows, comfortable clean kitchen stocked with supplies! i loved the little pantry in the lobby and how secure the building is

the pool was extremely filled with chemicals. i do understand the necessity for more chlorine with more people, but the chemicals ruined my jewelry and caused my body to break out. i don’t experience this regularly in pools. it was a nice temp but the chemicals were intolerable and i would not reccomend the pool!

During our stay we were highly impressed by the room accommodations and the pool facilities. The cleanliness of the entire establishment was exceptional, and the beds provided an incredibly comfortable night's sleep. Additionally, we found the kitchen to be immaculate and we made good use of the spacious full-size refrigerator.

We were disappointed by the non-functional hot tub and the absence of complimentary breakfast. I would have to say that was the only thing that was disappointing.

Very nice for the money probably should be a 4 star hotel. The fitness center and laundry room were very nice and clean and the pool and hot tub were great as well. The room was very nice the living area was separated from the bed room and bathroom was also separated had a full size refrigerator and dishwasher microwave and hot plate in the kitchenette

Had a fire alarm both nites we were there the building is non smoking but had neighbors that filled their room with smoke. Not just cigarettes, weed as well.

Staff was super friendly I had a late check in and Rebecca got me checked in so swiftly and answered all my questions, even after I made it to my room and had some questions super nice tone on the phone. I didn't need the kitchen area for much but the ice machine in the freezer worked nicely. Water pressure in shower was great.

Cosmetically the place could use some touch ups but I'm sure your house can too

Extremely clean, multiple things you can also borrow crockpots,air fryers, dvd,sports equipment - pool was very clean, hot tub out of order but that wasn’t an issue

Not a bad thing at all but the bed was extremely soft which with back issues maybe be cautious of - kids slept soo well

Wonderful stay, the queen with separate room was great. Very clean, air was already on so it was a nice temp in the room. Asked for what a preferred floor would be which was nice. And offered late check out for club members which is free to sign up for.

There is no AC or fan in the actual bedroom.

The hotel I had originally booked encountered computer problems. I quickly found another hotel two blocks away on Booking.com and made a reservation in just a few minutes. The front desk staff checked me in efficiently, and I was in my clean, comfortable room in less than 20 minutes.

The ground floor window was unlatched when I first entered the room. The room was a bit outdated and in need of ia refresh. There was not one single USB port to be found in the room.

I love the area it is in. Staff is very friendly and the hotel is very cozy and smelled clean when we first walked in.

Sometimes at night it can get a little loud or sometimes smell like weed which we weren’t the biggest fan of.
