Friendly and courteous staff, hotel layout, elevators are fast, good location.

Breakfast offerings did not appeal, and I am not a fussy eater. Maybe just a bad day that day! Unfortunately, someone, probably the cleaning staff, took away as trash a paper bag I had on the floor in my room. It contained; a travel mug, two phone chargers (one micro-USB and one USB-C), some snacks, and a water tank component of my CPAP device. Luckily I had a spare of the CPAP item. Is the hotel willing to reimburse me for replacing the phone chargers and the CPAP water tank?

Comfortable pillows and plenty of them! Which I appreciated. Liked that the shampoo/conditioner/body wash is big bottles on the wall and not tiny bottles. Lots of hotel and in-room amenities. Liked that you can get extras-free, purchase or rent. Liked that there was a sofa bed in addition to 2 queens. Liked that there is free breakfast.

Did not like that the tv did not work properly and even after we had a work order put in they could not fix it and only offered a room swap after several days there and 2 complaints. Did not like the refrigerator was not too cold and we couldn’t change the temperature. Did not like that the pool was too cold in the evening. Did not like that there was no microwave in room or easily accessible in the lobby-only in breakfast area and have to ask. Did not like the door to bathroom wouldn’t stay open when getting ready.

The night staff member was able to get us a later checkout time. My sister was traveling with me for a conference and could not attend the days event.

The house keeping repeatedly knocked on my door to clean... even though I had a 2pm checkout time. After the first lady left, a different lady returned to tell me I needed to check out, I was late. This was around 1pm, I informed her I had a 2pm check out, that i would be leaving around 1:45 and shut the door.

The location, cleanliness of the room and establishment. Staff was nice and professional. Facility was very pretty. The rooms were nice as well as the bathrooms. Loved the walk-in shower. Also, like that there was shampoo and conditioner as well as body wash available. No need to bring your own. That was a nice touch. Also having a hair dryer. Refrigerator! Nice big T.V.!

No microwave. When staying more than a day or two it would be nice to have a microwave to use. Water pressure for the shower was not great. The fire alarm went off twice in one morning. It would be nice to have some type of a loud speaker for announcements to indicate not a true threat or something.

Well managed hotel … the breakfast was always fantastic, the food was always attended. The kitchen staff cooked fresh eggs and meats frequently everyday for the entire week. The kitchen went above and beyond to keep fruit and vegetables fresh cut and all juice and amenities ready for the entire breakfast time from 5 till 10am. The tables and coffee and dining areas were always tended to all through their shift. Very easy to see they have out done their expectations by a mile. Thank you for putting such care into your work!

The chlorine level was extremely excessive inside the pool area / it is indoors and not properly ventilated. It was probably not noticed but would be something to consider.

Shower was amazing. Very clean rooms. Pool was nice, kids loved it . We enjoyed the side patio with the fireplace. The bar was very nice.

Wish there was more choices for their breakfast. Due to the number of people staying in hotel, breakfast food went fast. I think they need bigger skillets for hot foods to hold everything, kept running out of everything.

The room is spacious and clean. I love the location, close to everything.

The breakfast. Not a lot of choices and they don’t refill the food quick. We can hear people at the hallway very late at night or slamming their door, or the baby crying a few rooms out. Not the hotel fault but I wish they build the room that can muffle the sound from outside.

Free breakfast, located next to plenty of restaurants, stores, pool was great, Staff was friendly. Arrived into town a couple hours early and was able to check in early. 12:00pm check is great.

Even though the breakfast was free I feel it needs a couple more waffle makers as there was a lot of waiting on them so wasn’t able to get any.

the breakfast was good, location was great and far enough from the highway that there was no noise whatsoever. we really liked the walk-in shower, especially for the older people in the group. provided toiletries had a pleasant smell. pool was nice and pool towels were replenished pretty frequently. every interaction was handed well and we had no problems at all. would definitely stay there again!

if i had to find a criticism, the coffee was empty at breakfast one morning, but more was still brewing. it wasn't overlooked, just slow to brew. we loved everything else

The hotel was beautiful. The outside seating area was amazing. Loved winding down at the end of the night with a drink out by the fire. Our room was perfect and bed was comfy. Fresh clean linen. Towels were restocked even without asking for more. The complimentary breakfast was very good both mornings. So many options of what to eat. The staff was super friendly. The late night pizza I had at 10:30pm from the bar area was great for a hotel pizza. The pool area was nice and clean. The shampoo and conditioner provided in the room was really nice, left my hair really silky and soft. The wayer.pressure was great as well. The whole stay was just fantastic will deff be using this hotel when we visit Columbus again.

The only thing I didn't like was how warm the room was the pool was in but sure that is necessary for a hotel indoor pool. The pool itself once.in the water felt great.
