The Good things: Friendly staff, free breakfast was well run with different options on different days. Showers were great - water pressure and heat. Location is great with lots of restaurants and retail nearby.

Things to improve: Pool and hot tub were closed for our entire 3 day stay. No discount or refund was offered. Our room was in bad condition with a broken window and the HVAC unit was super noisy and vibrated the whole room (it woke us up at night when it turns on). The outdoor patio area was nice, but was really dirty. They hadn't cleaned the outdoor chairs. The front door did not have an automatic switch for handicap which made it really difficult to bring luggage in by yourself. The card reader on the rear door near the elevator didn't work at all, so you couldn't get back in through that door.

The room was nice and clean and it was great to have a full sized fridge/freezer. Loved the hot breakfast buffet every day, the only tiny problem being that there were very few condiments available some mornings. The pool and hot tub were a great way to relax. The clientele appeared to be mostly business travelers, and it's located in an office park in the suburbs, so the whole property was always nice and quiet.

The toilet seat in our room was slightly broken, and the ice machine in our freezer was filled with a brick of ice when we checked in, but other than that everything was great

We booked the 2 bdrm 2 bath suitefor 2 nights for my husband, myself, our son and daughter in law, and our 2 granddaughters (2 & 5). Youngest granddaughter had appts 2 days in a row at nationwide children's. The suite was perfect for all of us! The girls of course had fun in the pool. I couldn't tell you about breakfast cause the girls got up late and we missed it both days🤣 . It was very clean and staff was very friendly🙂

Very close to the zoo and water park and the mall .. The hot breakfast was the best I've had at any hotel... And the rooms are huge and clean... Bed comfort wise was just ok... Staff was great and accommodating... Decent pool...

Hot tub was out of order which was a bummer and even though I signed up for their rewards I never got my parking voucher paid which was what I was told would cover parking... I've stayed in a lot of hotels... Parking is always free... Not here for some reason... If I'm already paying to stay, my parking should be included in the price of my room...

The breakfast was amazing . The lady taking care of the food was always checking and helping people. She definitely deserves some recognition for her hard work.

I felt if there was more than one person staying in the rooms that sufficient bath towels and such was available.

Everything was very comfortable and clean with plenty of space for myself and son. Loved the large tvs we got there a little early but was given our room I really appreciated that also. Good to have great breakfast back which everything was good

For our stay for a night I can’t think of anything that was a problem. The bathroom was off my room but I like how the toilet and tub was separate from the sink area

Location, 2 beds and 2 bath. Layout was perfect of the room. Great amenities.

Beds were hard. The hot tub was down. Would like the queen suites to have 1 king bedroom and 1 queen bedroom. Would be better suited for families but that’s nothing the hotel can control. Just a suggestion.

Hot tub was great and the rooms were spacious. Bathroom floors need updated, tile would pop up when walking on it & you can hear people upstairs opening their drawers while you’re laying in bed.

The staff and hotel exceeded all my expectations. The only problem was the whirlpool jacuzzi at the pool was not working. The swimming pool was cold and murky looking. Not clear at all. The rest of the facility was very nice and clean. Would definetly stay again.

Pool and hot tub need some attention.

Breakfast was very good, it would have been nice to have warm cereals. Your kitchen staff are amazing as a matter of fact, all the staff were friendly and really made you feel at home.

Our sink in the bathroom took forever to drain, and the toilet got stuck after every flush and we had to jingle to prevent from running constantly. I really didn't like the pranksters who pulled the fire alarm and of course the fighting with a member of your staff the following day but I really can't blame the hotel for that nonsense.
