Hot and cold breakfast are provided daily. In the evening, from 5:30 to 7:00, a meal of salad, vegetables and entree such as pasta or pizza. They also have hot dogs and corn chips available. Each adult is provided tickets for two alcoholic beverages per night. Sodas, coffee and tea are unlimited. The rooms are comfortable and a good value. There is an indoor pool and jacuzzi, gym and laundry services.

It was very crowded on the weekend. There was a small conference taking place. LOTS of Ohio State fans in for the game against Indiana. OSU won. Everyone was fine, but the lobby/dining area did get tight. The staff worked extremely hard to be sure that everything was clean and welcoming.

I liked everything, wish I could have been more active in the activities on property like eating at the restaurant or drinking from the bar, but was too tired from driving and just wanted to lounge, relax, and enjoy the layout of the room. Very, very nice hotel and I'll recommend this hotel to any and everybody I come across. Just lovely, pure and utterly lovely. I give this hotel with the looks inside and out a 10🌟. Now imagine how many more stars this hotel gets with overall grading. Loved it.

If this hotel had room service, OH ........MY.............. GOD!!!!!!!!!!! BUT even that wasn't bad.

The location was perfect. Plenty of food options close by.

They closed their fountain machine down to where you couldn't utilize it in the evening. The pool and spa closes at 10. Those who come in late can not utilize it yet the gym stays open 24/7. They close their market area by midnight which I disliked. The bathrooms in the rooms did not lock. We had no trash bags in our room. Just trash cans. They did not have a paper in the room stating times pool closed, market, rules staying there, breakfast info etc and we weren't given one at check in. I just feel for the value a lot of stuff was not available to guests. I'd expect all of those I mentioned above had the price been lower. (I say this as someone who use to work at a hotel)

Convenient to our location

We do like the newer facilities with its updated bathrooms better than a bathtub shower, but can still appreciate the older hotels. The breakfast was not as accommodating or had available options as before. Some items weren’t available or ready and eggs were very dry. It was no different with overall customers so maybe you were understaffed this particular day. Which sometimes means it could have been out of your control. Otherwise we would still stay again being we have stayed at many of your other locations in the years.

Free Breakfast included everything you could possibly think of: scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, biscuits w/sausage gravy, sausage patties, oatmeal, waffle station, cereals, fresh fruit, juices, coffee, mini muffins, toast, bagels. Free dinner w/3 alcoholic drinks. Was not able to use this benefit due to other commitments.

Pillows were small and too firm for my liking, but I brought my own pillow along. No other dislikes, as the room was very clean, King size bed was very comfortable. Room had mini fridge, free wifi, TV. Shower had 3 containers filled with shampoo, conditioner and soap. Plenty of towels. All staff members were very pleasant. Addressing us in the hallway and asking us if there was anything we needed.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful! We liked that there was free popcorn and pop in the lobby, and the breakfast was good. We never got back in time for the "kickback" food and drinks, maybe next time! Parking was ample. The room was nice and dark, and there were plenty of outlets around the room.

The toilet was kind of low, and the A/C unit was in an alcove so we had to put the fan on high to get it to blow out into the room, and then it would get too cold. Not sure where else they could put it though.

The food and service was great, the dining was just down the hall.

We were double charged for our room, and some reason there was just another $60 plus thrown on. When I called and spoke to the manager, he said it doesn’t show up on any of his accounting of our stay and he was blaming possibly booking.com. So now I have to go back to my credit card company and challenge the extra Expenses put on my credit card that nobody seems to know about.

I loved that dinner was included in the price and that they offered adult drinks in the evening. I also GREATLY appreciated Kristen at the front desk for her help! I wanted to surprise my children with a small egg hunt on Easter morning, and Kristen was nice enough to type up a short note from the Easter Bunny. She went above and beyond to help us finish our trip special, and I truly appreciate her customer service!❤️❤️❤️

The only thing I didn't particularly care for were the pillows. They felt lumpy to me.

Breakfast was good! Very nice selection of food to choose from. The biscuits were amazing

On arrival I asked the front desk attendant about the pet policy. She explained that there was going to be a $50 charge for the pet. I asked her was that a one time fee she said yes. When i checked out I was charged $50 per night for the pet. Which was totally different from what I was told at check in. I called back and spoke with the manager and she didn't show any empathy or attempt to make things better for me "the customer"

my kids love the pool, we take a weekend stay every month and this is the hotel the kids usually pick bc of the pool.

we’ve stayed many times and this was the first time we had to ask for some things. we asked about pool towels, bowls and spoons. and we only stayed a day. I get that it was a busy time and staff responded quickly when we mentioned the shortcomings but these are items that can easily be anticipated.
