Staff were professional. Rooms were cute and clean.

The tub kept getting clogged. One night the computer dystem rebooted and another guest was able to open the door to my room. Luckily I had the latch on and they couldn’t get in.

The room we got for the night was very cute. The decor was really refreshing. The staff was friendly and inviting. The bed was very comfortable as well.

There were a couple of imperfections in the room. Some signs of wear around the room like on the door handles and flooring. However, the room was still nice and clean, and I would stay there again.

Staff friendly very nice people I had to extend a day it was easy.

NA I loved my stay

Nice, low cost place to stay in North Columbus. Staff quickly moved us to a new room when the TV in our initial room didn't work. Room was quieter than expected given its proximity to High Street.

I liked that it was a smoking room, BUT it didn't smell like I walked into a giant Ash tray, which was definitely nice. Checking in was a breeze and checking out there was a little confusion but nothing too bad

The size of the room was a disappointment.

Didnt realise it was a motel when we booked, so we were a little concerned upon arrival as we’ve never stayed at a motel. But tbh it was great, it was incredibly quiet and the room had everything we would have needed even if we had stayed longer. Impressed.

How accommodating the staff was,THEY WERE EXCELLENT.

The bathroom was to small,toilet to low. Those were minor.

That the room was clean and quiet. Close to the highway. Gave us an early check in option and everything went smoothly

The hot and water was switched

The hotel was close to the freeway, staff was nice. Even accommodated me when the air conditioner stopped working in our room.

The staff didn't come everyday to clean the room.

The place was clean. New renovations, sadly the secuirty on the door still needed worked on and if they up their price they could probably change the environment of people that are there throughout the weekend.

Just the lack of amount of security.
