The staff was so personal yet professional. Each one made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay there rememberable. The day we checked in Danni handle our checking in. She was so pleasant and had a sunny personality. I knew right then and there we were going to enjoy our stay. The breakfast was above the normal breakfast normally provided at most hotel. It was always made fresh and very tasty. There was plenty of breakfast food to choose from so I am pretty sure everyone found something that met their need for breakfast. Thank you to all your staff for helping make our trip back home one for our Memory Lane. I definitely would recommend your hotel to anyone coming to Columbus and looking for a safe and clean place to stay. Also, the location was a plus. Easy to come and go and to find some places to eat and entertainment near by.

There was nothing that we didn't like. Well, maybe one, I would have like to have a small microwave in the room. But there was one provided on the ground floor.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful, probably one of the best staff experiences I’ve had at a hotel in years. Plus there were Tesla chargers at this location (with superchargers only a quarter mile away) and a continental breakfast included with our stay. Additionally, they had a small bar area on site with a few snacks and drinks for purchase along with some warm cookies for guests as they checked in. You could tell the cleaning staff took pride in their work as the hotel was very clean, the rooms were spotless and they even did the fancy designs with the toilet paper and tissue paper (see picture below), I would absolutely stay here again if I’m in the Columbus area.

Lobby was nice and clean. Our double bed room was very spacious for 3 people as it included a couch, small fridge with sink and counter, plus a desk. The bathroom, while small, was clean and looked recently renovated. Breakfast was pretty decent and had a good variety of foods, except the Bananas, they were beyond ripe. It's in a good location, lots of restuarants and stores within walking distance or short drive.

Only 1 elevator was working, and it appears it has been that way for over a year looking at the reviews. The one elevator that is working is smallish, so there were long lines in the morning with people leaving and going to breakfast. We just took the stairs with all our luggage. Also the pillows are strangely small, but comfortable.

I liked the staff, they’re very helpful and nice. The atmosphere was lively. The price for the suite I got was affordable for two nights.( If you’re booking through “booking.com” be mindful there is an incentive fee to be paid when you get to the hotel. After taxes and that fee, you’re paying about $200 more than advertised. ) I enjoyed the bed in the suite- it was comfortable and when my husband and I got into our suite, it smelled nice and was extremely clean. The TV was in playing soft music as a welcome which is different so it provided a nice welcoming ambiance. Definitely book here.

I didn’t like the breakfast- it was extremely bland. Bathroom in suite was smaller than I expected. Only one elevator worked in the building at my time of stay so wait time was a bit long. - it might be fixed by the time of someone else’s stay though.

Convenient location. Clean lobby to hangout, good breakfast, small but clean gym to workout. This was our 4th year visiting the area around Christmas time. We stayed here at the very first year and stayed at different near by hotels on the 2nd and 3rd year(one hotel had a major renovation and didn't tell us anything, the other was had pipe burst. pool not working etc) We were very happy to come back here with no issue and we had good stay.

The elevator was slow. It would be great if there was a chest with drawers to organize our clothes.

Clean and comfortable. Good bed, good shower, good TV, spacious room. Everything was really well kept. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was fine (but could’ve used a little change from day to day). No weed smell (which Is becoming a rare treat even in “non-smoking” hotels). All in all really liked the place.

The room I was in was on the first floor by the kitchen and it got pretty noisy in the mornings Was talking, pots and pans clanging, etc. especially when the door to the kitchen was open. There were also some noisy children in the hall one night. AC was a bit noisy and too close to the bed.

The location was great, the room was fantastic, and the staff were friendly. I liked the extra large couch and desk in the room. Breakfast had lactose-free milk options, and that's always great. It was also easy to book.

The bathroom was tinier than I would've liked. It was hard to get to the toilet and shut the door at the same time. Could have been easier to deal with if it was a sliding door. The fridge also had a break in the seal and wouldn't close properly, but I let staff know and that was fine.

Breakfast was good and there were a lot of options. It was relatively quiet for our stay which was also quite nice. Having the T.V. and internet access helped us to unwind in the evenings, and hotel staff was polite and helpful.

Due to understaffing, we never had our room serviced in the time we were there even after placing a request. Though we ultimately didn't need it, it was difficult at times to get to the front desk for service.

Greatly Convenient to anywhere I need to go. Always Very Clean. Staff Very Nice Too!!

The Elevator has been out of Service for Months. It would be so nice to have 2 working Elevators especially when it’s busy times and you have to wait to go up or down because there’s only one working.

The decor in the lobby and in our room were modern, streamlined, and elegant. We felt like we were staying in a more expensive hotel! We also like the breakfast, and the employees were wonderful.

The only issue we had is that the fan in our room made a rattling sound. We turned it off so that we could fall asleep without the distraction.
