The room was well equipped, the bathroom was comfortable, and the bed is beyond comfortable!!!!
GPS was off took some time finding the hotel. The place is being remodeled and there are two different hotels at the location. Some issues with timing at the front desk, but all concerns were met with courtesy and handled quickly.

the hotel was able to accommodate me to a different room because of their staff's lack of work ethic so I give the personnel at the front desk a 10 out of 10
that it was a non-smoking room

Great big room a big bed it was quiet and I could get the rest I needed
The staff was very helpful when I came in even carried my bags to the room and that's good for our patient

I saw some baby roaches and I wasn't too thrilled about that but the place was clean to an extent if they can get rid of that bug problem they'll be all right and it's not as bad as it looks is just like what you see on the picture I'm hoping to get my deposit back then I'll come back
Location was cool access to the highway was okay so no complaints but once again if they can fix that problem I may come back but I have to see it and look through everything first

It was 10 mins from the music festival, and the pricing was great.
There was a hole in the bathroom door and wall.

The price was low, the staff was very friendly, they had flexible check and check out, to some degree and they still have smoking rooms!
The drains were clogged, bad and they have a no pets policy. :(

Cheapest hotel we could find in Columbus... our expectations were pretty low. However, the room was clean and comfortable and wasn't smelly. Location is pretty good as well... lots of things to do with-in a 20 minute radius.
Honestly, we have no complaints or suggestions. Our needs were met in every way!
