The room was exceptionally clean and inviting!! The bed was super comfy!! The pool area is AWESOME!! Breakfast food and service was exceptional as well.

Availability of a front desk person to get checked in. We arrived, and no one was there. We waited about 90 seconds then began tapping on the desk, audibly calling, "Hellooo", a few times, looked around on the main floor to no avail, then went back to the desk and started all over. Finally, someone came. ( a bell at the desk would be nice.) The attitude of the front desk person, once she appeared, was like we were bothering her.???

The swimming area is one of the best we've seen in a hotel of this size. The breakfast was awesome with plenty of options for everyone. The rooms are a really good size, also amazingly clean. The staff was so nice and were willing to help any way they could.

Our key cards wouldn't work in the pool door or an outside door. I think there's a trick to opening the doors with the key card. The front desk checked both of our cards and they were working as far as they could tell. Every time there was an employee who would let us in where we needed to go.

I didn’t really have any dislikes with the location the only problem and it’s not just here or this location. It seems like when there’s a big event that is in an area hotels raise their rates through the roof for that event and I didn’t mind paying for it, but still I feel that that’s kind of bull crap other than that. Staff was nice. Location was good. We came in late checked in continental breakfast was ready. Everything was stellar.

I had a mishap with using a third party however, the staff was more than helpful with fixing the issue and even giving us a later check out time for our connivance.

My room had a puddle of water from the air conditioner which made the room smell like mildew. The puddle was right beside the bed so we had to get on the bed from a different angle.

Although our room was next to the elevator, we didn’t hear any noise from elevator usage. It was very quiet during our entire stay. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were great.

We were unaware of a $100 deposit on the room against possible damages. The deposit is to be returned after our departure. We also did not get the king size bed that we booked. We were told we were put in an overflow room with 2 queen beds.

The room was very nice with comfortable beds. The pool area was amazing. My 3 kids (2, 5, and 6) all loved the slide and water features. I loved that they were able to play in water but still touch the bottom.

The breakfast buffet was not great. Was not the variety that they made it out to seem and most days they were out of key items like orange juice, bacon, etc.

The pool was great, staff was nice, respectful, and breakfast was decent. Can't think of anything that would stop me from staying here again

The side door didn't read the key card, but during my stay, I actually seen a maintenance man come and fix the problem. There is one more door that still needs maintenance near the breakfast area[key card wouldn't open it].

Close to everywhere we were going in the Polaris location. Staff was great. Room was excellent

The pool needed wristbands was a little strange instead of just being able to use your key card. But I take it people must of abused the pool use by letting others in that were not guests.

Friendly front desk lady. Room was clean. Breakfast was very good! Grandkids loved the pool!

Went down to ask for next day pool passes and no one at front desk, waited quite awhile. We forgot toothpaste and was going to ask for a tube, no one there then either, store not very far.

Loved that the pool area was kid friendly, was disappointed that they didn’t have the hot tub though 🥲. Whole place was very clean , breakfast was great. I think they could use more seating but overall experience for our family was a 10/10!

Not enough seats available at breakfast, and the hot tub was not longer there.
