After our first 3 nights I would have very easily have rated everything perfect. Then the strange parking problem (see "didn't like" below) started. Other than that everything remained perfect.

On our 4th night at the hotel (of 7 nights) we came back for the evening to find more than half of the parking spots roped off and every available parking space filled. After sitting in shock for a few minutes about the strange situation, a miracle occurred - someone left their parking spot and we took it. For the remainder of our stay there was always some parking spots roped off and we seemed to find one of the few available parking spots. Note also that there were generally not available parking spots in the neighborhood around the hotel. You really want to park in the hotel lot.

Stayed here because the pictures of the property were nice. Close to the venue for the concert my daughter and her friend were going to. Also, a heated pool for my son to swim in which at 3- 4 1/2 ft was perfect for us. As we arrived the lady at the front desk was warm and inviting. Making sure we felt at home and having everything we needed. The room exceeded our expectations. A full kitchenette with 2 queen size beds and a pull out couch. The shower was also a decent size. The heater worked great as well. We were aware of breakfast being included, but appetizers before dinner was a nice surprise as well. Highly recommend this hotel and will be back!

No complaints, everything was great. The only thing is we couldn't figure out how to connect to the tv. It wasn't a big deal and I know it easily could have been fixed by reaching out, but us not using it wasn't a loss.

Hotel staff was extremely nice and pleasant. The hotel looked very nice and closely located near the OSU campus. Great value for the money. Room and bed were very comfortable.

The suite room lacked some simple cleanings as it had some dirty spots on the walls around the kitchen area. The bathroom showed signs of water damage with bubbled flooring and rusty metal features. The breakfast, although decent, left a lot to be desired. Very few choices and some of the “hot” food was not very hot at all. Soda machine in the breakfast area was also not turned on.

Everything was great. Very welcoming front desk... at anytime. Millie was the night shift worker. She was a sweetheart. She took picture for us & with us. We had great conversation with her. Angie, in the breakfast area, was very kind.

They use a very strong, I believe, concentrated cleaner & it's way too much. The smell of it is overbearing. I almost instantly got a migraine when we walked into our room, breakfast area as well. Other than that it was great.

The suite was clean. The living room area and the bed were very comfortable. I wish we had stayed there longer so we could have made full use of the kitchenette, which looked convenient.

The door of the shower stall swung outward on the opposite side of the hose: turning on the water to warm it first required getting wet. Then there was water dripping off the shower door onto the floor afterwards. Plus, the towel hook was on the wrong wall (behind the shower door when fully swung open) - had to completely step out of the shower to get to the towel. There was no fan in the bathroom.

The lady who checked us in was phenomenal. She treated my grandkids like people and didn't act like they were not welcome there with me. I requested a crib when I reserved my room, which wasn't there when I arrived, and she went hunting it down for me along with extra bedding. And the beds were amazingly comfortable.

When I made reservations, I said it would be 2 adults and 3 children, but there were only enough towels for 2 people. Luckily we brought some of our own.

We stayed in a king suite. We were surprised to see a kitchen! What an added bonus! The room included a king sized bed, a sofa bed, ottoman & a desk. Plenty of room! In my opinion, the decor (choice of colors used & furniture) made the hotel look very elegant. The staff was very nice & attentive. The breakfast had a nice variety of food & drink. The hotel had a pool; a little smaller than a regular pool but my family still enjoyed it. Free parking. The hotel was close to our destinations; we went to Ikea and COSI (no more than 20 mins away).

The waffle maker for breakfast took a very long time to cook so we did not get the waffle for couple of days because there was a line, the air condition in the room was either breaking down, every couple of min it would make this loud roaring noise, one night it was so loud it woke me up, we thought about calling the front desk but it's hit or miss you have to be sitting in the room for a while.

I really liked this hotel. We came in late and left early, though, so I can't say too much. We were on a 17-hour drive and decided last minute late at night to stop. I was glad we did. The bed was comfortable. The TV swiveled well to the sofa and bed (studio suite). I honestly can't remember much, but I do remember telling my husband that I liked the room. I liked the decor in our room.. the colors. It looked sharp. The breakfast was great... and the round booth with the tall back (it might've gone up to the ceiling.. can't remember) for privacy that we sat in. The only thing I'd suggest is chocolate chips for the waffles... but that's just me being picky because it was more than adequate. Some guy was overly complaining about something really ridiculous to the guy at the front desk, but the receptionist kept his cool and was kind under the pressure as far as I could see.

We only slept there and ate breakfast. But.. I don't think there's an outdoor area.. maybe I'm wrong, so if you want that check further than my review. I just didn't see one or where they would've put it.
