The gentleman who check me in. He was so kind and professional and helpful. Went beyond the call of duty (came outside and helped me with my bags in the *freezing* cold, aware that I was handicapped). Also accommodated me to a lower floor room when I requested. The staff was the most memorable standout for me—the housekeeping, the kitchen (those who set up the breakfast), and every employee I met in the hallways, etc. The kindness and relaxedness was so wonderful. I can’t wait to return.

Wish the pool was a bit warmer.

I didn't eat any breakfast. I only wanted coffee. The coffee area was very clean and the coffee was good as always.

When I first arrived to the hotel around 4:30 p.m the person (Garth) at the front desk gave me the key to a room on the third floor on the very end of the hall(303), that didn't work. After we had taken all our luggage to this room. I had to go back to the front desk to ask for another room key and a room on the first floor. I put in my accommodation for a walk-in shower and I didn't get it. Thank God I didn't fall getting out that tub/shower. After I ask for a room on the first floor everything was alright except the fitted sheet did not fit the bed, so we slept ok.

Loved the pastries and the coffee and keyless check in. the decor on the lobby was nice too, Friendly staff at breakfast. Room was very clean

The bed was a little too firm and no windows that open so no fresh air- had to run the AC as the room was too hot but it was 37 outside. Felt a bit stale and stuffy

Location was good, clean as always. I can’t really say much as I was only there long enough to sleep and shower, we didn’t even get breakfast.

There was a significant gap between my door frame and door, near the bottom, large enough to where I could actually see through to the hallway. As a single woman that’s very concerning.

The breakfast area is well stalked, great food and drink. Plenty of fresh coffee. I felt very comfortable sitting and enjoying breakfast. The staff was very friendly and the entire property inside and out is spotless.

My daughter puked in the car and the staff did everything in their power to help me get it cleaned! This was not their responsibility but they were so helpful and so kind . The kids loved the breakfast and again the staff is just some of the sweetest people. The pool was warm. We're definitely staying with them again.

It was clean, the staff was friendly, and I felt like they had a good breakfast selection

Our heater did not work upon arrival but the staff was able to move us to another room quickly

The breakfast was delicious, and the beds were comfortable to sleep in! The room temperature was great as well.

The room was spacious and well designed. Excellent for leisure or business traveler. Continental breakfast was decent, well maintained hotel.

I contacted the hotel in advance the week before (and commented in my original scheduling) to request joined rooms bc we have a large family and need to be close, on arrival the rooms were on different floors and sides of the building. The desk rep did try to fix it and placed up as close as possible, which was 2 rooms and an elevator away.
