Clean, comfortable bed, nice staff, shuttle bus drivers are very nice

Messaged through booking to have a top floor quiet room. The hotel didn't read the message. I got a 2nd floor room with a youth soccer team. They were loud & running the halls. I had a early flight. In the middle of the night I got a call asking if I needed a cot. Then the TV came on welcoming me. Needless to say it was not a quiet night. I told the front desk in the morning & was told next time call the hotel instead of messaging booking for a quiet room. Way to blame the customer for not getting what they asked for.

The online information noted free breakfast; however, the guy at the front desk told us if we wanted breakfast we would have to pay $12.99 each.

Construction was inconvenient for parking and driving around the facility but that is only temporary and not conrollable by the hotel. Also, the housekeeping lady knocked on our door at around 7:00 am to clean room and we werent even out of bed. Check out time stated Noon.

I loved that we could watch the air planes take off and land. Only wish we could have opened the windows more than a couple inches.

The room is pretty costly for what it is, my only complaint is that the bar closes at 10pm and that breakfast is not included. I understand paying for dinner but breakfast? Come onnn

The close proximity to the Columbus, OH airport (John Glenn International), the free and prompt shuttle service to/from the hotel to the airport; the polite Front Counter employee; the quietness of my room location.

I ate a meal at the restaurant on the First Floor (pasta dish), and I got sick a few hours later (stomach issues). I would hope the two weren't related but I don't think I'd eat at their restaurant again...not worth taking the chance.

It was very convenient after an overseas trip. I was able to late check-in as well.

The room felt a bit outdated and I found a hair in the bathroom.

Didn't have the breakfast due to having to catch our flight.

Wasn't able to park near the entrance due to the way the parking lot around the facility is designed.

Location to the airport is perfect. Nice room. Like it has a bar.

Our room faced the runway so it was quite loud until late evening. The overnight desk person was very rude when we asked for the shuttle (as instructed). Never smiled, greeted us and was short with responses. My husband asked where to put the room key and she responded like he was an idiot “in the box!”

It’s really close to the airport if thats what you need, and the airport shuttle works well. The bed was super comfy and wifi worked nice.

The load air planes , no Pepsi products there are no food delivery there ,!! Take out only. Over all everything was good

I can't talk about the breakfast because we did not pay the extra money to have any of it. From what I observed, the breakfast wasn't any different than a lot of other places we've stayed where the breakfast was included in the price of the room.

The computer in the business center did not work. I was not able to access the internet.
