how clean the place was

The room smelled like someone had been smoking in the room

The staff was amazing! They were very kind and accommodating. The size of the suite was great. I like that the bedroom had a door. The kitchen was nice. We were in town longer than expected and the laundry area was very convenient.

The weird smell in our room was hard to overcome. And the bedroom only had a small vent from the living area. (Air conditioning). More basic cooking items would’ve been nice. I bought a knife, a skillet, a spatula, salt and pepper and cooking spray.

Our shower wasn't draining fast, but they quickly got us into another room. Rooms were clean, hotel was quiet which was a blessing traveling for a cheer competition. WE WILL 100% stay here again, the suites are perfect for a small family with the couch bed in one room and a separate bedroom, the best part was the kitchenette in the room helping to save on costs of eating out.

The staff were very supportive in making our stay comfortable. We liked the availability of kitchen appliances that guests could borrow, that enhanced the comfortability of the stay.

Two vents It appeared like the sprinklers in the ceiling needed minor repair, and it would be great if that is taken care of.

Our stay was great we felt like we were at home.. Staff was very attentive and friendly.. The room was equipped with kitchen ware, a stove, pots nd pans, coffee pot, and a DISHWASHER .and a full size fridge I LOVED IT AND WILL BE BACK

Everything. Amaaziing friendly welcoming staff especially the GM. We will visit again. Excellent location near to airport.near by supermarket free parking Short drive to down town

The ice maker wasn't working right. A couple of cubes came out the just heatd water poring.

Convenient to the airport and the venue we were going to. The staff we communicated with were helpful.

The 1 bedroom was at the opposite end from the elevator on the 2nd floor and the close steps with 2 bags was inconvenient and the entrance door at that end was hit or miss on whether your key card worked. Not a great experience in the rain.

Very clean , nice area friendly staff , loved the bathroom mirror and the Kitchenette area , full sized refrigerator! Ice maker ! Nice tv size with a moveable mount! Bed and pillows very comfy.

The tub creaked a little when showering but wasn’t bad at all

Clean, large, comfortable room with kitchen. Convenient location, quiet area. I appreciated being able to open the window for fresh air. Good value.
