Left for the airport at 4am so didn't try the breakfast. The bed was comfortable though.

I was VERY disappointed that the van driver was off site at 3:30pm on a Friday and could not pick me up at the airport - as had been promised. WORSE, the staff who took my call repeatedly told me the driver would pick me up in about 10 minutes. After seeing me waiting for nearly an hour, a neighboring hotel driver took pity on me and drove me back. (I tipped him very well!) Using soft tones, I reported the problem to the hotel manager. She appreciated the situation and promised to talk with the staff, but offered no compensation for my trouble. I won't be staying at this property again.

The staff were all very friendly and the property was located in a safe, nice area. Our room was very nice and clean! I only stayed for one night at this property, so I didn’t get the opportunity to explore the amenities, but it seemed there were lots offered and available! Checkout time is 12:00, which is always a plus for late sleepers like myself!

I found nothing to dislike at Courtyard Columbus! I was very pleased with my stay! :)

This is the nicest Courtyard we have ever stayed at. Hope we can stay here again.

The only thing I didn’t like was the location of the sofa bed. It’s too close to the bed and the wooden edge is worn off where people have hit their leg.

I lived everything with the hotel from the beginning to the end. They picked me up at the airport, got me a very cozy spacious room, were helpful getting known to the city, and arranged the airport transfer after check out.

Started too late...Was there for volleyball tournament and breakfast didn't start until 7. We had to leave before then.

No coffee in the lobby. For people traveling it would be nice to have a cup before leaving. The hours for Starbucks were crazy. We were told they open at 5am. We went and was told it opens at 5pm instead but someone else said 7am.

It was well kept and clean in a great location to the airport. The staff was very cordial.

No microwave and mini fridge.

All staff were very friendly! Property was clean and the food at the bistro was delicious!

Great value for money comparing to other hotels in Columbus Airport area and generally in Columbus. However, as I heard there are other not modernized old rooms, so be careful and mindful about that. New rooms are nice, spacious, clean and modern with big TV, comfortable bed and nice decor.

I just spent 10 hours so really didn't try everything. Coffee machine was broken in Starbucks close to the reception.
