Bed was very comfortable, location was convenient

Water pressure would bottom out several times during a shower. Room seemed clean, but a pair of someone else's boxers were left behind the bathroom door. Front desk staff insisted on trying to run our card over and over after we did online pre-check in, ended up having to get a manager who was able to just complete the payment we started online instead of charging us the same amount twice. Deadbolt on door didn't work correctly and the darkening shade/curtain was broken which let in a ton of light as soon as the sun came up. Breakfast was not great and ends early (9:30) but that's just personal preference.

The beds and pillows are so comfortable. Ms. D is the second shift front desk associate at LaQuinta. It is such a nice person. I stayed there from Sunday to Tuesday. I didn't want to leave at all. Good breakfast in the mornings, cereal, milk, toast, waffles, fruit, and apple juice. It's one of my favorite hotels in Columbus, Ohio. Ever in town, please visit LaQuinta by Wyndham Hotel at 2447 Brice Road.

I have no complaints.

I liked the style of the room. Had a lot of character and many lamps for lighting. The shower and bathroom were very nice. Overall the room and hallways were clean. Staff was super helpful with internet password and giving me a spare room key when I locked myself out.

Area around the hotel felt unsafe. Was worried my car would be broken into as random locals walked by through the parking lot. Not sure what the popping sound was coming from as I tried to sleep in room 42.

The free breakfast was good. Staff was helpful whenever we needed anything. The tv in the room was very big

Our bathroom door was a little messed up but I’m sure that’s not every room and it wasn’t a big deal. This could’ve been our fault but the door cards kept messing up and we had to get new ones a few times, but again, could have been user error.

We were able to play board games in the lobby in the evening which was very pleasant and a lot of fun.

The first room we were given had a faulty shower head which caused it to rain all over the bathroom. We were able to get another room so they could correct the problem so it was handled well.

The location great! The condition of the room was better than the hallway. The breakfast area was very spacious & clean. Also a good variety for breakfast.

The water pressure in the shower was very weak. The hallways & stairwells needed attention. The sausage at breakfast wasn’t the best.

The hotel absolutely deserves better review score and as a mobile guy traveling for some time in Columbus, it is better than we saw in the neighborhood. Clean, spacious and cozy enough. Facilities work as they should be

Breakfast could be richer in proteins.

This hotel was great! The king suite has central air, so no noisy unit built into the wall. The bed was super comfortable and soft. The bathroom was beautifully updated. The TV was large with Direct TV. Location was great, right off the highway. Snacks and drinks were available with great prices at the front desk. The room was very quiet, no hallway or traffic noise at all. Staff was very nice and accommodating!

The only negative thing I can say is that the bedding had cigarette burn holes in it. It was clean and laundered but I was put off by that. Even the mattress pad had burn holes. Most facilities would dispose of bedding with stains or holes.

I was pleasantly surprised staying here! I haven't been here in almost 20 years and the upgrades are wonderful. I stayed for a week. The rooms are really nice and the bonus is housekeeping coming everyday. I travel a lot and was recently at Woodspring for a week and never seen housekeeping which was crazy. Anyway LaQuinta earned my thumbs up!

Hot water in the shower seemed really low

Breakfast was the typical variety, but good - fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles, cereals, toast. They kept it restocked during the morning. Bed was clean and comfortable, ample number of pillows

One broken toilet paper holder in the bathroom, no additional lock on the inside of the door, crying baby next door (place families farther away from adult parties), driveway needs attention, one outside door didn't work. Because of renovation on the first floor, only second floor rooms were available. There were no lobby signs to follow, so I ended up wandering a bit, including outside, to reach the lobby.
