Staff was friendly and polite

Getting in and out of property was very unsafe and difficult to navigate. The toilet would not flush properly even after it was reported and we were told the issue would be resolved.

ANTS in the room could not move to another room said they didn’t have any room to put my family needs trays to carry the food back to the room you should not family with small children on the third floor didn’t sleep well noise made when I returned like to be on the. Third floor

Helpful staff. Clean room. Multiple restaurants nearby. Good breakfast.

Access to the hotel is somewhat difficult.

The location—it wasn’t right in the middle of *God & everybody*, yet several places to shop & things to do were right around the corner from us!

I liked all of it—we all did—the one thing I would change is maybe add another driveway, like, on the west side of the lot!!

Liked the cleanliness. Liked the little things like coffee machine in room, ice bucket, water bottles, plenty of towels, etc Thought the complimentary breakfast was great 👍. Nice having a fridge and microwave too.

That the pool was under construction.

Great price. Nice clean rooms. Beds were comfy. And the room was roomy.

Was hard to get to from the road if you come in on the opposite side of the road.

The Staff are the greatest. It is the only place we will stay when in town. I loved how the people there made you feel comfortable. I always felt safe there. It is close to my son's home which makes it the perfect area.

The only thing I had a problem with was the beds. I am disabled and the beds are so high I could not get in it. My husband took the bed frame out from under it and then the bed was perfect.
