Breakfast was terrific! Room was very clean! New! Staff very friendly. They accommodated us very well (along with our two pets who were kenneled in our room). The purpose of our stay was to escape harmful fumes from sealer that was being put down in our home prior to new flooring. As the renovation continues next month, if we need another overnight stay we will definitely book with the Hampton Inn and Suites.

Toilets are not ADA---a bit low for elderly adults. Shower water could have been a bit hotter. Other than this, we had a wonderful experience.

Terrific hotel. Very clean and modern. Loved the King suite on the first floor, (103) furthest from the highway. Spacious, comfortable bed and sofa. Very short easy drive to Canal Winchester, its historic district bustling and clean with great restaurants and shops. Small town, pleasant people.

Separate shower/toilet area is a nice touch, but a little tight. Large screen TV is oddly placed between bed and sofa, not best for viewing from either.

We like coming here convenient to the family, close to bike trails and other things we like to do in Columbus. We always are made to feel welcome and everyone is friendly, helpful and treat you like you are special.

The breakfast that they served was excellent with scrambled eggs seasoned potatoes and Smoked sausage slices. Two different types of waffle mix and various breads and muffins were available. Hot and cold cereal, variety of fruit and coffee and juices. The breakfast area was clean and well restocked during the time it was open. The fitness center was amazing. It had the usually equipment with additional free weights, Kettle balls, TRX, box for jumps and various other equipment.

There is nothing bad that I could say about this place everything was extremely nice.

Always clean and all the necessities in the fitness area. Appreciate the updated equipment there. Breakfast is always adequate for starting our day. We were able to get an early check-in Sunday after early flights which made a great start to our day

The breakfast and location were both great. The room and amenities were nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a great stay overall.

The bed and pillows were subpar in my opinion. The pillows were almost non-existent. The bed creaked every time I got in it. We tossed and turned every night of the stay.

The desk staff was gracious and attentive. The room and facility was clean. The hotel was quiet. The morning amenities are delicious. The location is great for my event.

No towels in the pool area when I arrived.

Extremely clean and well maintained. Located in a good, safe area. Comfortable beds. Free continental breakfast, parking and WiFi. Nice gym. The gentleman helping us check-in was very nice.

The continental breakfast was being torn down at 9:30a.m. It is supposed to be open until 10:00 a.m. Although the lady working the breakfast area went to the back to get me what I needed, I shouldn’t have had to ask her to do that. She was nice enough, but seemed inconvenienced. If a hotel offers breakfast until 10:00 a.m. it should be fully available and fully stocked until 10:00 a.m.
