Excellent front desk, Priya, Maria, and the detailed Mr Patel always answered our questions and provided us with towels when requested. The breakfast managing lady was amazing, providing a variety of choices each day and keeping everything cleaned up. The swimming pool was open and clean with towels. The exercise room was nice. The guest laundry facility had 1 washer and dryer out of 2 working. The only flaw was an inadequate supply of towels and linens. This was obvious on numerous occasions, not only for our room. Of the 9 nights we stayed, we had to ask for towels 5 nights. The room trash was picked up 3 times.

The number of times our room was freshened up with towels and trash removal was not acceptable for a 9-day stay.

Facility was excellent. Breakfast was great. MOST of the staff were amazing. Only had an issue with ONE staff member. Hotel was clean. Beds comfy. Location was perfect for our needs. Housekeeping was wonderful.

Clerk who checked us in on the 19th was rude and not helpful at all. We finally got it figured out but she was absolutely no help. And anytime we saw her after that, she glared at us. My only other complaint was the only Ice machine was on the 1st floor. Would be nice if there was one on each floor.

Location, breakfast was great, beds comfortable

No one spoke English…I had to show the housekeeping lady what I needed more of (Kleenex and wash rags) it was hard with not being able to communicate what I needed. And the carpet in the room felt very…not clean… I walked around in my sandals the whole time one time barefoot and my feet were dirty

staff was friendly and there when I needed them. rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. in a good location.

they could put more bath towels in the rooms. only had 2 in there. could use 4 towels. other than that nothing bad

all the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were able to provide all the information that was sought. Good Coffee was available throughout the day. The property was clean and tidy.

Breakfast spread could have been better. Away from the city.

The management was exceptional! I was experiencing one of the worst and most painful times of my life and the manager took time out to hear me and comfort me. She showed great compassion toward me and I am very thankful. The breakfast was included and was delicious with many options.

The computers didn't work.

Proximity to family I was visiting and ease of access. Clean. Breakfast was plentiful with options and take out containers. Bed was comfy. Room well oriented and clean.

as a child of a farmer employee for 45 years of holidays incorporated. The only thing I see that is different now is that the breakfast was catered to the customer

Breakfast was really good but pancakes? I understand it is done in a minute, but Waffles are far better.

The tub is curved and was a little slippery.

Very friendly and professional staff. Close to motorway but not noisy in the room. Fast food (Arbys) options available one minute walk away.
