The room and bed was very comfortable. The cleaning services were very well done when we were away from the room. The front desk staff was kind and helpful and gave us whatever we needed.

The smell of the room wasn’t very pleasant. We had to use air freshener anytime we were way for a while and came back. A few of our towels had some spots or hairs on them where you could tell a previous guest had gotten something on them and you were reminded you were using a towel already used by a previous guest (although this is expected, it’s just a little unsettling when you realize it)

I LOVE the hotel was very comfortable and clean but when my husband and was trying to get ready for the special event that brought us to town the water didn't work for a couple of hours then after contacting the front desk we were told the water was turned off for maintenance, when checking out we asked for a compensation for being late to our even for their inconvenience ,they offered $10 at the most 🙃

The location

The staff didn’t listen to me when I said I booked on booking.com and already paid and charged me the room fee instead of the $150.00 incidentals charge. The port on the jacuzzi tub kept coming off and could cause an injury if not attended to. While checking out the staff did not ask how my stay was.

The room was very spacious and clean. There were oversized towels, which is very rare in a hotel. We had a great time!

The only issue we had was about an hour after arriving, there was a knock at the door and it was the girl from the front desk. She forgot that she gave us the room and tried to give it to someone else

Where it was located in proximity of where I was going.

Our room had a very bad Oder of either cigarette or musty smell

This was a quick stay (checked in at 1:30am, and back out at 6am. Front desk was friendly and got me checked in quickly. Room was very comfortable and clean

Shower was not the best. Could use another shower head maybe?

The bed was a little uncomfortable and that the vending machine for a drink was 2.50$ for a can of pop I feel that was a complete rip-off .75$ or even 1.00$ is sufficient!!

The room and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was okay too.

The hotel advertises a pool, but we were advised the pump was broken. I find that common in other hotels in the same area. Pretty coincidental. 🤷‍♀️

Tv remote was difficult at best to use. Had requested a first floor room. Said they could not accommodate as they were fully booked even though the parking lot was never more than half full. Hard on my knees & back.
