The pool area was nice. The breakfast was okay you can tell they try to make it nice. The rooms were made up nicely sheets were bright white as well as the towels. Better soap choice the others I've been at. Staff was nice help with every request without an issue.

Alot of peeling paint and popcorn texture on ceiling. Bad peeling wall paper all around the tub, all these peeling issues were in the bathroom! Really nasty looking discoloration on wallpaper around the toilet! No comforter a thin fleece blanket instead. The TVs were not smart and couldn't stream.(Did have cable) The coffee maker in the room was a nice touch except the "creamer"’ was called "whitener" powered from and was completely disgusting!!!!!!!

The room is large. Everything was very clean. I did not use the indoor swimming pool but it looked very good. The breakfast included boiled eggs, bagels, toast, cereals, juices, yogurt, peanut butter, cream cheese, muffins, etc.

Even though the airport terminal is visible about 3 blocks away as the bird flies, there is no way to walk from the hotel to the terminal except going on the roads (no sidewalks) for well over a mile. There is no shuttle provided and Uber costs $11.

Was close to my meeting location the next day. Beds were comfortable.

Located in an industrial park with no close restaurants or fast food nearby. When I checked in the clerk said "you can have pizza delivered ". He had no knowledge of any restaurants in the area. I had to Google one that was 10 minutes away. Also, the grab-n-go breakfast bag is a joke. The motel leads you to believe that you are getting a complimentary breakfast with your payment .

The gentleman at the desk was amazing. He went over and beyond to make sure that I had a good stay. I booked last minute and that was a quick and painless experience. I highly recommend.

I am in a power wheelchair and the room was really quite tight. If I need a room in a pinch I would be back, however they do not have handicap excecible rooms.

I like it it’s quite convenient, and the beds are comfortable!! everybody that works. There is got a pretty good attitude too and it’s hard to find anymore. I always stay at the Baymont when I’m in the Columbus area which is usually a day or two a week. Big Baymont supporter.!

Not much not to like about it, I guess I wish they had vending machines in a hot tub in the pool area. But definitely doesn’t defer me from staying there.

I was looking for an inexpensive place to spend the night in the middle of a lengthy car trip. This hotel was clean and comfortable as well as inexpensive. I was happy with my stay.

The only criticism I had was the bag breakfast wasn’t very appealing. I ate the banana but the rest of it wasn’t appealing. I think if you are going to advertise breakfast you should have a better option

I don't care about breakfast. The room was clean, shower had good pressure, hot drained well. Most important NO BUGS. i WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.

The door lock needs to be replaced, it works but I have to have the key card reprogramed about every day - not a big deal.

Still only a simple bag breakfast, miss the hot breakfast, don't think they should advertise serving breakfast The motel always meets my need. The room 302 was the best room ever, everything was right, all lamps worked, knob for bathroom heat lamp was there, iron and board were in room, phone, A complete room.

I like the location of it I like to have an easy access to an airplane field if need be and I also like to indoor swimming pool it was nice really nice.

Well you said that you had breakfast well it turns out you didn't I was very disappointed in the fact because two things I look for when getting a hotel room is he actually three sorry and these are a hot tub indoor pool and breakfast you really let us down and I hope you refund our money actually if not you'll never get our business again.

Staff was very helpful with any questions or concerns we had.

There were 2 things we didn’t like. 1. The grab and go breakfast. it was brown paper bag style, I’ve just never had a breakfast like this at a hotel so that was a little odd to me. and 2. the WiFi! You cannot connect your PS to the WiFi. We just felt that those things should have been disclosed in the “fine print” when we booked. However it wouldn’t have changed our decision to stay.
