I will forever stay at Hilton hotels. The staff is always so friendly. And the hotel is always so clean and so beautiful. This location specifically was fantastic. And they were so great with getting us everything we needed and the breakfast was super good! Highly recommend

The ONLY thing I didn't like, was the pool was way too cold to enjoy. Only could stay in it for like 5 minutes.

The location was great the breakfast was good the rooms were very spacious and clean the furniture was comfortable and so were the beds everything was really nice

There was two things I didn't like one was the parking situation especially with my husband's work truck he couldn't fit in the garage and all the spaces right out front of the hotel in the parking lot we're too small we had to park where we couldn't see the truck the only other problem we had was the light on the electric outlet that that goes on when you push tester reset was broken and my husband got electrocuted plugging in his beard trimmers

Nice breakfast offerings, being constantly restocked. Location was fantastic and rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Front desk staff was not very knowledgeable on the hotel itself... Placing a family of 4 in the smallest room and a single adult in the largest room, after being asked to place the family in the larger of the two rooms.

Great location, room, and amenities. Good noise proofing. Comfortable bed. Ceiling fan!! Dishwasher!! Used the fitness center. Only used the breakfast facilities for coffee because their's a Breugger's bagels and a pancake house right across the street.

Same for almost ALL hotels. I don't wear my glasses in the shower and the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash all look EXACTLY the same to a 66 year old man without his glasses. How come no one EVER gets this right...except the occasional VRBO/Air B&B?

I liked everything about the hotel probably one of the best hotel experiences we've had in a really long time the pool was nice and not over crowded and the front desk staff was amazing and always friendly and the gentleman that checked us out actually caught that we were over charged and didn't get our discount and fixed it for us he was amazing

The only thing I will say I really didn't care for was our last morning there the breakfast was not that great and my husband asked one of the workers a question and got attitude and the worker just seemed like they were having a bad day the first morning our breakfast was good and the staff seemed to all be In good moods . And don't let this not make you wanna stay here Cause even with this I give this stay a 10 out of 10

The location was great. The room was super clean and large enough for two flat screen tvs on opposite ends of the room. Was perfect for two people who have way different viewing networks. The hot buffet style breakfast was great. We had an awesome stay, thank you, Homewood Suites. 👍👍

My wife and I kept competing for each TV volume. Perhaps some sort of room divider design would be my only suggestion. 😊 With this in mind, we still had an exceptional stay.

The staff was friendly. The facility was clean. The room was clean and spacious. The buffet for breakfast was amazing. They used real plates and utensils. The coffee bar had good creamers with different favors. Super comfortable eating space as well. The bed was too hard for me, but that is my preference. I stayed a night and headed to my destination. If I ever visit Columbus again, I would definitely stay here.

It's a bit hard to find in the dark. There aren't any major signs on the front of the building. It also had limited parking.

Everything! The hospitality of the front desk clerk upon arrival, the very low and reasonable refundable deposit (because most places charge entirely too much sometimes), the free breakfast served and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. One of the best everytime we stay at a Hilton facility I'm noticing now. So when we can find a Hilton facility room rate discounted we definitely jump on it and this stay was definitely well worth it...

A screaming child in the hallway in front of our room and house keeping attempted to enter our room before check out early morning...

Breakfast selection was good. Room was clean and appreciated having a kitchen with all the essentials. Did not see a toaster, but othewise it had everything we needed. Free parking was appreciated.

Tables in dining area for breakfast were always dirty. Handle on our sliding shower door was missing, making it difficult to open and close, trach cans out front were overflowing. Internet was slow.
