l love the location of the hotel, and the staff was friendly and very helpful and responded to any concerns we had in a very timely manner. The kitchen was clean and very spacious, and all the appliances worked very well. The bed l thought was awesome, and the room had an intimate ambience about it.

On our first night the air did not work properly, but after we complained it was fixed the next day. We also had an issue with lighting in the room, as a few of the bulbs did not work. The staff offered to transfer us to another room, but we declined that because that would have taken us too much time and effort to do that. The TV does not have many options for guests who in my opinion are staying longer than a regular weekends.

Love the service....asked for extra pillows and got them quickly.......even new TV remote in minutes of asking

No ice machine, dishes not in rooms, felt like a refuge camp with all the fencing around it....had to go around the entire block to visit my out of town visiting brother in hotel next door....

Very nice, the room was very comfortable & roomy. Almost like a small studio apartment with an oven, refrigerator, and sink.

Only 1 trash can that was in the restroom & I would suggest you bring your own pillow if you want support for your head. The pillows are pretty thin, but overall, it's being nitpicky.

Nice accommodations and value. Good location from the freeway and places to eat. Overall, it was a very good stay, especially or the value. I would stay again

The trash was completely full when I walked in. There were condoms and food at the top , I almost vomited. Besides that it was quiet and great

No coffee maker available for our room, and the grab and go breakfast was granola bars and instant oatmeal.

The room was very comfortable and the staff was amazing. The sweetest girl was working that night. Very friendly and just made you feel comfortable. More places need employees like her.
