The location was easy to find. I didn't eat breakfast there.

2 things: 1) We didn't like the way the bathroom door shut every time we went in and out. If I went in, realized I left my toothpaste in my suitcase, I had to open the door. I know It sounds like I'm being very picky but you did ask.... 2) The pillows were the pits! You are not the only hotel to use them but I don't like the fact that they look nice and fluffy and comfortable but when you lay your head down on them, your head goes right down to the mattress. It's like they deflate.

The location was perfect to the event we were attending over the weekend. Staff was friendly. Rooms and facilities were clean.Breakfast was ok.

The furniture in the room was very worn in each room. They didn't have bedding available for pull out beds in any of our reserved rooms. We went to front desk to request, were given sheets but was informed there were no pillows available. When booking large families these items should be easily accessible. The price and deposit for the rooms were overpriced even if they were considered suites. Expected much more space according to pictures on sight. Also, I'm still waiting on my refund of the deposit even after receiving an email stating it was sent.

We loved the free breakfast in the morning. The bed was also comfortable and the room itself had a good amount of space. It's also nice to have the option of the pool as well.

The only thing we didn't really like was the fact that there was a stain on the pull out sofa bed so our kiddo slept on it as a couch the first night and then slept in the king size bed with us the second night because they weren't comfortable on the couch.

The stay was great. The room was really nice. The bed was comfortable. The staff was great nice and friendly. The room was clean and really big. We will be staying there again. Hopefully a little longer next time. I would recommend it to anyone 😊.omg the hot tub was amazing.

I do think that they should have at least given us more clean towels and came into the room and refreshed and made beds for us I did not like the continental breakfast that they offered while time we got down to the continental breakfast by 8:30 I mean things were just depleted they didn't keep it up and keep replenishing until it was time for them to close at 9:30 so they need to make sure that they have plentiful breakfast always refreshed and so that if someone to come down want to eat breakfast by 8:30 9:00 they have some breakfast as well

The room I paid for was very worth the price and I would book again for sure.

On the day of check out I went down to breakfast there was no food in the trays, and it was still early. I was a little disappointed because that's why I paid extra for.

Breakfast was really good, the size of the room was plenty to accommodate me and my family, close enough to all the attractions but far enough to avoid traffic, pool was great!

They were in the process of improving the facility, which is awesome, but a little messy. (This was literally my only complaint the place was great.)

It was clean and bright. Around the area are many food options. The pool was maintained and clean.

The only draw back is the address door dash kept going to neighboring motel. Side roads sort of address. Lack of breakfast options.

Convenient location to otherworld, friendly staff, beautiful room. Decent continental breakfast in the morning.

Toilet was noisy, but just shut the bathroom door and the problem is solved. Not much bad I can say about the hotel.

Location was great and was a very comfortable experience. We would stay again.

The pool was a dirtier than expected or had hoped and breakfast was done being served by 9:30am which seemed earlier than most places.
