The staff was always welcoming and attentive. Tracy is an amazing person. She assisted in anyway possible. The rooms are comfy and are convenient to gas stations and stores in the area. There’s also restaurants and a Waffle House literally steps away.

This is something that is totally beyond the property, but there’s no kitchen available. It’s a downside to traveling with children but other than that my stay was comfortable.

The staff was very helpful and kind. Check in was a breeze and check out was just as easy. The staff made everything well worth it.

Everything was fine. Anything that I wanted to change wasn't on the hotel property. It wasn't the best looking, but the staff was awesome for help, and just to make small talk checking in.

The entire staff was so friendly! Julie was so helpful to me and my special needs daughter. My daughter really enjoyed talking to her. I was able to park right outside my room which was super convenient for us. My room was very clean and they gave us extra towels. Thank you!

Very friendly staff,as soon as we walked in we were greeted with a very friendly smile n greeting, the place was super clean,very comfortable beds,over all very good we would stay here anytime we come this way . Thank u so much for keeping this place up to date n clean.

We had a hot tub in our room, that was very nice. beds were comfortable.

could use some brighter light bulbs. Maybe some B&G for breakfast. Also, too many people smoking weed outside, coming in through our heater, made all of our stuff small awful, but not the hotels fault.

Good price for a night's stay, and the room was clean and comfortable enough. We came in late, so hard to judge the place after just a short night's stay.

Had initial trouble finding the place, because the hotel isn't really in Columbus but in the next town over, so initially went to a rather sketchy area.

The room rate was great! Superb customer service, I got upgraded to a king without even asking. The property was well lit at night so I felt safe. For breakfast, they had waffles and fruits. The only thing I would mention is the fridge was room temp, other than that I enjoyed my stay.

It was a satisfactory stay in every aspect. I wish all accommodations were like this. There was nothing to complain about in terms of price, accommodation, location, size, facilities, cleanliness, and food. Top score for value for money.

Honestly, I didn’t expect much from such a cheap room but I was surprised. Staff was polite, they had the lobby decorated for Halloween, the room was very clean, and they even had breakfast in the morning! For how cheap their rate is, I got everything I needed.

One of the lamps was missing a lightbulb and the outlets in it didn’t work, there was also several holes in the blankets, I also overheard the desk lady saying two of the maids almost got into a fist fight
