I used Google maps from Northern Michigan, which it said 6 hrs 45 min. It took me 8 hrs to get to Fremont, I had 2 more hrs to go.I booked a room @Comfort Inn in Fremont and notified Heath I couldn't make it too tired. I was charged for that nite at Heath and Fremont could you give me a refund. I'm a senior. Thanks used my visa debit card

Staff was very nice and friendly. recommended a great place to eat on our arrival. The room was a usual double queen room. The room was clean. Location was perfect for where we were going. We only stayed one night, but this is a place that one could stay longer.

The room was mostly clean. However when I went to take a shower the tub was slick. It needed to be scrubbed down better.

First Thank you Jamie for making our stay feel so good. You have the right personality and the best customer service ever. Even though Jamie and I have never met, you made me feel like family. That was my first time being there (in Heath Ohio) and I was visiting my son for Mother's Day but you were awesome. I can't remember the young lady that was there that also assisted me as well the night that we arrived. Jamie you made sure that we had all the accommodations that we needed and you made us feel at home. The room we stayed in was quiet and peaceful. It was clean and spacious and the next time we come we are going to request that one particular room. People can say what they want about breakfast but it was good to us and it hit the spot. The indoor pool was relaxing and Jamie let me know when it was the best time to get into the pool. Keep up the good work Jamie and we will see you soon.

You can't open the window. Room was stuffy and had a slight odor when we arrived and we couldn't open the window to air it out. We also couldn't take advantage of the cool temperature outside and had to run the noisy AC unit at night

The facility exceeded our expectations. The beds were so comfy and the blankets and sheets for so much better than your typical hotel. So so soft! Melissa at the front desk was absolutely amazing! We had a group of 10&11 year old baseball players there and she was fantastic with all of us and our boys. Would highly recommend!

Friendly staff, free breakfast. Big bathroom. AC works really well.

Room was located near the steps, so you could hear people all the time. The room said it had a sitting area. It had a small chair crammed beside the bed and wall. That's not a sitting area.

The room was very nice and the staff were friendly.

The parking lot was full, mainly because of many tree trimming trucks so it was understandable. I was able to park in a lot next door so it worked out.

The staff were terrific! Maintenance man immediately fixed my tv (it was actually unplugged), and Melissa at the front desk was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. In addition, this location is walking distance from everything you could want... I even walked to the BCE earthworks (about 1.5 miles away) and it was so interesting. Anyway, since I road in on a bike I was glad everything was close and easy. Melissa even had suggestions for a close dinner and yes, it was delicious!

The walls seemed a bit thin and a little noisy, but I really didn't notice with earplugs.

Staff was very friendly. Beds were very comfortable and Breakfast was great. The pool and the fitness room were very nice as well.

I can't really say that there was anything that we didn't like. But a Hot Tub would have been GRRREAT 😁

Hotel was in a good location, plenty of shopping and restaurants, the room was clean, it was a good value for the price.

We could hear the conversation from the people in the next room. The shower needed better water pressure.
